Did awesome work on the roof of our building, we were completely satisfied!!! Had the work done previously by another company but they did it all wrong, but RR corrected their faulty work with high quality at an affordable price.

After talking to numerous roofers for a full replacement, I ultimately went with ***** at Reynolds. He was very clear on what needed to be done and was easy to get ahold of. He also worked with me on pricing to make sure the project was able to fit within budget. What also gave me confidence is there are companies that do bad jobs for a few years, close shop, and just open under a new name. Here they have been in business for generations so know if we have any issues down the road they will be around to take care of them.Reynolds Restoration

This company of roofers has absolutely the most **************** of workers. They were punctual, extremely clean and considerate of not only my property but also the next door neighbors property also. They work exceptionally hard and noticably fast. Reynolds Restoration is top notch!! They installed a new flat roof, hatch and gutters. From meeting me for an assessment and estimate to the one-day installation to the followup cleanup/touchup, I was treated like a VIP. ***** answered all my questions and the team worked like a well-oiled machine. This is a wonderful family-owned business that takes pride in their work. I definitely will hire Reynolds again for additional exterior work on the house. ***** and his team were a godsend with our unfortunate roof situation. After the rains back in October, we discovered a major leak in our roof, with portions of the attic ceiling entirely rotted. We tried reaching out to our previous roofer and when he wouldn't respond or come over, reached out to a few other roofers - all of whom gave us the runaround, not coming when they said they would, ignoring our messages, not following up etc. Completely different story with Reynolds Restoration - ***** responded immediately to my message, within a day we had a very thorough inspection and within ~a week the project was completed. ***** and his team were thorough in their inspection and provided us a very detailed and comprehensive explanation of what needed to be done and why (we had to fully redo the damaged portion of the roof and install new gutters). I felt very confident in the fixes we agreed on and ***** kept us updated to the timeline (when his team would arrive, when things would be complete, updates on any delays etc.) and to the progress - at the end we received detailed photos of the fixed portion of the roof for our reference and documentation. I hired Reynolds Restoration for a roof replacement on a row house in ****** where all the buildings are attached with flat roofs. It was a complete roof rip and replacement, removing 100+ years of roof layers. Shaun’s team did a great job with the roof and I also ended up replacing my gutter with a lovely copper one which I decided on last minute but Shaun was able to accommodate. Rich was the person on site that led the construction crew and he was absolutely fantastic. I would work with him again on any home project. He was able to accommodate some last minute issues seamlessly to give me the proper skylight height my roof needed for me to feel secure in its future performance. The entire crew was friendly, worked tirelessly and were clearly a good group of workers. A roof rip requires removing a lot of material and it’s messy but Shaun’s team removed it all without causing a crazy mess on the street or disturbing my neighbors or their closely parked cars. They diligently cleaned it all up which was much appreciated. I can’t yet review how the roof will perform as the replacement was just finished but I can say the process was excellent and the work looks very thorough and complete. I feel confident that my home will not have to deal with leaks for many years to come.Reynolds Restoration

I cannot recommend Reynolds Restoration more highly!! From the moment I reached out to Shawn he was incredibly responsive, prompt and detailed - the consummate professional. He worked with me to understand the specific needs of the project, and talked me through all of my options to get the job done both on time, and within our budget. He also went the extra step to coordinate his work with the contractor in charge of the internal renovation work we are having done simultaneously.
He and his team completely removed all of the old shingles on the back side of our home, repaired some significant damage underneath, insulated and re-sided the back, and replaced the gutters and leaders. We hadn't planned on replacing the roof but as they were working they uncovered a level of damage that we didn't know was there and definitely didn't expect. During the whole process, Shawn worked with me to figure out the best course of action and to make decisions that would benefit us now and in the future. We decided to repair and replace the roof, and they didn't bat an eye at working an additional day or two (even over the weekend) to get the job completed while we had our dumpster parked out front.
Shawn and his team are a delight to work with! They showed up early, got the job done on time, on budget and made sure that when they were done they left the areas cleaner than when they started. We are so pleased with the work, and HIGHLY recommend Reynolds!! You will not be disappointed!Reynolds Restoration
