My name is ******* ** and I've lived in Brooklyn for over a decade now. Shawn is the real deal -- My building needed a quick and trusted repair and chose Reynolds Restoration. Shawn and his amazing team made the process pain free and was very detailed from first visit to final repair. I couldn't recommend Reynolds Restoration more, their professionalism, attention to detail and customer service was the kind of process and team you'd hope to interact with during stressful repairs such as roofing.
My building also looked at multiple different options, and large and by far Reynolds Restoration was clearly the best option with great communication and great knowledge. I would hire them again immediately.

We chose Reynolds Restoration for roofing due to their excellent 5 Star ratings and reviews. They are BBB accredited with an A+ Rating.
Our decision was confirmed during the installation of our new GAF Timberline HDZ roof in Biscayne Blue. We had to remove a very large satellite dish from the roof, and we're a little concerned about the process. They did a great job!
We were so impressed with the precision and efficiency shown during installation, how the team worked together effortlessly and with care and consideration. Shawn made us all feel like family, and Vinnie and Al and the whole crew did a great job! They were all well trained and professional. Mark did a great job on the gutters too! The end result is a beautiful roof (we couldn't be more pleased!) and warm memories of our time with a great group of people. We highly recommend Reynolds Restoration! 5 starsShawn was very sincere and honest! He Explained thoroughly the entire job every step of the way and always picked up my phone calls to answer any concerns I had regarding my roof ! I felt very reassured and comfortable dealing with him.
