Ordered pair of uniform pants on 9/6/22. They were not shipped until 9/25/22. The return policy on the website says returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of the item. On 10/2/22 I contacted the company about returning the pants because they didnt fit and placed an order for a smaller size. The manger said the items can not be returned because they have the school logo on them, however it does not say that anywhere on the return policy. The manager, *****, is violating their own return policy and engaging in unlawful business practices.Business Response

I ordered uniforms ect., from Ideal Uniforms August 30 and 31st for a production I am costuming for a local theatre. They collected the payments for both of my orders. I called to find out where my orders were several times and they said they were being processed. At one point I was told they were waiting for some items before they could send out my order. I asked them to cancel the items that were keeping my orders on hold and asked them to just mail what they had ready. I was told they would send info to the shipping department. I called daily for a week with no results. I was also told to contact customer service through e-mail and request that the items be sent. After 4 emails I got no response from customer service until I let them know I would be filing a complaint with BBB. I finally got a response from customer service apologizing for the issue. One order was refunded on September 19th. I am still waiting on my second order to be refunded. In the meantime my online account still shows the orders are in process. This company has the worst customer service and the website is not user friendly. I just need my second cancelled order to be refunded. I have e-mailed them all week this week with no response. I understand it is the beginning of school season but orders are orders regardless of who places them.Business Response

This is the 2nd time I have to file a complaint about this store. Last year , amazingly after I filed a complaint for the same reason , the order was processed immediately . I placed an order for a skirt on July 25th *****. I even paid extra to have it shipped to my house . I was told 10 business days at the time I placed my order . I still dont have the skirt today . I called today to find out what was going on and they are now telling me the skirt wont be available until November -December . When I requested a refund they told me I had to come into the store for it . Ive been there way too many times and the staff is terribly rude . I either want the skirt delivered or a refund . I don't really care about your policy when your materials is not good .. I work hard for.my money and your stuff is not cheap also.

I purchased uniform shirts since August 9, 2022 which at the time showed in stock a month later I still have not received the items. Every week I call its the same excuse I called this week and spoke to an employee that stated one item was received I asked her to mail it to me she stated I would have to pay an additional fee and proceeded to **** her teeth and **** and puff. I have been emailing this company and reaching out via social media platforms to and no one is responding. This is unacceptable this company services a huge minority community and we are being taking advantage of.Business Response

This company is very unprofessional. I made 2 different orders one in store and **********. It's been over a week and I haven't gotten a updated email about my order. My second order in store they had no problem taking my money but they can't give you any straight forward answer about when your order will be ready. I tried calling customer service and you still don't get a answer, nobody knows when a new shipment is coming and you just have to wait for a phone call.Business Response

On 8/14/22 I ordered uniforms from the website which stated that the items were in. stock and it would take 5-8 business days to arrive. I spent a total of $61.00. I never received any information about the status of my order. I reached out to their office by phone and pick up the phone and hang up on the customer.
