    On 12/20/2022 I paid $350.00 through **** as a deposit to ship my car to maui on March 12th 2023. The man I talked to twice and paid goes by the name ***********************. I had received an invoice from the company only after the fact of having to ask for it twice. I was told that my car would be picked up from my house in ********************* and brought to the shipping location. As the date approaches I have tried calling *********************** and his number is now disconnected, I have emailed him and the company and received no response and when I call the company number it goes straight to voice-mail every time with no call backs. I have disputed this with my bank and the company I payed through ****. This site has no place to leave a review and after searching the web extensively I'm not the first one that has experienced this with this company. They claim to have a DOT # and even provide it but it seems to me that its a scam.

    I paid a deposit to get my car delivered from ******** to ********** I signed a consent form but yet I am not hearing from anyone I've been calling and texting no one is returning any of my calls about my car I have no idea what's going on I've been leaving messages for someone to get back with me

    I scheduled back in December with Instant Transport for my vehicle on Jan 7, 2023. As the set day approached, I noticed that I was not receiving any regarding my ETA from Instant Transport. The more I called, their phone suddenly could not accept calls or text. Needless to say their contact information was no longer available. I have received nothing in the form of my $200 deposit.Please assist. Thank you!

    On or about Nov 11,2022 I entered a contract with Instant Car Shipment for a scheduled p/u date on Jan 5th, 7th, or 9th, I cant remember the exact date. A $200 deposit was required and paid, The website for the parent company says that no deposit required. As the p/u day approached, I tried contacting them for updates. The phone number became a voicemail saying that the number is no longer set up to take calls or receive messages.As of today, I have not heard anything from Instant Car Shipping.
