  DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY." The are total scammers. I paid a $330 deposit and confirmed the pickup date several times. The day of pickup came and I was told they had to push it out 10 more days. I told them I wanted my deposit back and they went silent. They offer low prices and complete payment on delivery but they never pick up. And the avenues they use to get your deposit keeps you from getting it back from your bank as a fraudulent transaction. They're getting rich off of our deposits. Stay away!!!

  If you dont what to lose your money dont use this outfit. They will scam you out of whatever they can. They lie about everything thing. They never picked up my car and took my deposit. As if it was my fault for them not showing up to pick up my car. They will use the agreement to defend there actions of not showing up. Please use other shippers. I should not have given them a deposit before they arrived. Cause they never arrived.

  Please beware of this company as it is a scam. I hired this company to pick up my vehicle and paid a 100$ deposit. They lied every hour on the hour about picking up my vehicle. My flight was scheduled to leave the next day and they still did not come pick up my vehicle. I then receive a message saying the drivers truck broke down and he was fixing it. He would be on his way shortly. He never showed. I asked for my refund back and was denied time after time. They will not give me my money back. I have contacted the authorities and filed a police report, my lawyer is also drawing up paperwork because of their negligence I had to miss my flights and so forth. They stopped answering my calls after I was very nice and understanding. They take advantage of women. They deserve 0 stars

  Do not use this shipper absolutely no customer service. All contact information does not work. The phone # that I used for several calls, as soon as a deposit was paid magically no longer was set up to receive calls. None of the contact us stuff on their website works when you type in a message and hit the submit button you get a message that says it didn't transmit contact the web administrator W.T.F. My bad for trying to use them. I'm sorry that this crooked company gives all the legitimate shippers a bad name.

  This is not an honest business at all. They lowballed me on the price ($700), and assured me I writing that they had multiple carriers able and willing to ship at that price. They provided me with a shipping invoice, showing that I had to pay a $150 deposit, and $550 upon delivery. They required me to pay the $150 deposit via *****, promising me that they would disclose the carrier name that they had arranged as soon as I paid the deposit. But after I paid the deposit, they still refused to provide the carrier information, and then claimed that the carrier’s truck “broke down.” Then they told me that they would have to use another carrier and that it would cost $250 extra. They refused honor their agreement, and refused to return the deposit. I would not do business with this company.

  IF I COULD LEAVE NO STARS I WOULD THIS COMPANY SCAMMED ME OUT OF $150!!! MADE ME PAY UPFRONT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE NEW TO THIS STRESSFUL PROCESS WHEN TRYING TO RELOCATE!! I CALLED AND NEVER RECEIVED AND EVEN WAS TOLD I WOULD GET MY MONEY BACK IF I CANCELED WITHIN 24 HOURS OR IF THEY DONT GET A DRIVER. THE DRIVER HE TOLD ME WOULD COME THE NEXT DAY SUPRISE, DIDNT COME SO HE TELLS ME HE AS ANOTHER DRIVER FOR A WAY HIGHER PRICE THAN THE INITIAL AGREEMENT. THEY CALLED ME FOR THEIR BUSINESS AND NOW I CANNOT GET A CALL BACK FROM A SUPERVISOR FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY BEWARE AND DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
