    Neptune Auto transport handled my vehicles transportation with honesty confidence and professionalism a BIG shout out to ***** hes the man he handled my complex load with hard work, effort and determination finding a good and trusted driver with a reasonable price for my vehicle.     My friend and I were quoted a price, told to pay a deposit and the driver name arrived. We contacted the driver after the missed pickup time and was told he had a flat and would be over 5 hours late and maybe longer. No one sent a message to communicate and I, the customer, had to reach out. The timeframe no longer worked due to work and travel obligations. After requesting a refund of the close to $200 l paid, ***** argues with us and said she would see about a refund. No driver no pickup and so far out of $180.00 for a service we didn't receive. ***** then sent us a text saying she will NOT refund the deposit until we remove the negative review on ******. See images on ******. Images also of her instead of refunding the card she tried taking more money on Tuesday. I will be reporting them to the BBB and open a case with *** for fraud.

    Gave me a qoute of $300 to transport my truck from **********, Tx to *****, Ok. For over a week I kept asking them if and when they had me scheduled to ship. Finally got an answer the day it was supposed to ship and the price had jumped up to $550. Had to be out of my house 06/27/2025. Said the driver would be here 4pm. It's almost midnight and I'm still waiting. Will never use this company again. No stars!!!!!

    The broker insisted on a deposit thru Zelle or Venmo. A contract was signed with dates and amount agreed upon. Driver never showed, seller left stranded, broker wouldnt answer the phone nor return deposit.

    They gave me great customer service. **** booked me a ************************ on short notice and arranged to have my vehicle picked up the following day from the dealer and gave me a very competitive price. She was with me the whole way to ensure that everything went smoothly.

    Absolutely TERRIBLE company!! **** gave us a written "guaranteed" quote to transport our car from ***** to ******** for $560! The day they were scheduled to pick it up they called and said it would be $935! We had to pay it because we needed the car transported immediately! We were also told that we didn't have to pay until the car was delivered but they made us pay $235 before they would drop it off! **** was down right rude! They also did not come to get the car until 8:30 at night and informed us that the truck couldn't make it down our road so we had to drive into town in order for them to load it! The driver also told us we'd have to pay more because we had a few plants in the car! When we booked the reservation we were told that we could have up to 100 lbs in the car! The plants definitely did not weigh 100 lbs!! We are VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company!! Perfect example of a **************** I STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT USE THIS *************** You'll regret it!!!

    My family and I were in a bad accident and were stranded almost 500 miles from home our truck was not safe to drive and we had to figure out how to get ourselves and our truck home. Luckily we had the help from *** ***** with Neptune to schedule a driver to transport our truck home. ***** was our driver and delivered our truck to our driveway in a very timely manner. I could not believe the amount of scammers out there claiming to be legitimate transport companies. I would recommend using Neptune if in need of long distance transport. My family and I are grateful for your honesty and prompt follow through. ??
