    This is my second time using this company. They had good service and delivered my car in record time without a scratch. I will use them again when needed and would recommend their services.

    This was the first time using an auto transport company. After my initial search, I was bombarded with quotes. It was overwhelming! I contacted a few companies, but something didnt sound quite right. I was about to give up on the whole search, but something told me to contact Neptune Auto Transport. Im so glad I did, because **** ******* was amazing! He was professional and patient. He understood my skepticism. I never had to wait very long for a reply to my texts. ****** ****** with Interstellar Transports picked up and delivered my vehicle all in the same day. He was professional and friendly. He took great care of my vehicle. The only minor issue I had was resolved in less than five minutes. I wont sing praises because Im a terrible singer. ???? However, if all the digits on the end of my hands were thumbs, I would give them ten thumbs up. (??X10). If you need your vehicle transported, dont waste your time with other companies. Neptune is the one to call.

    Overwhelmed with the great experience I had with Neptune. I worked with *********************** to finalize the delivery of my car from ******** ** to ****** *** **** was absolutely professional , patient and excellent through the process. The car was picked promptly the next day as promised and delivered within SLA ( 3 -5 business days). Took only 3 business days and 5 days including weekend . I would recommend Neptune auto for their service, they are serious about business and do not fool around like the 100's of agencies on the net who low ball you and try to deceive you. Thanks **** for the wonderful job !!!

    So this was a Blessing even though it broke me and i have no funds left but i got my car.I moved 5 hours away left my car cus i couldnt fit my animals and things in it so rented a car and wanted my transported ....no hassels. Direct quote and the broker whos name was ***** was very direct and able to get a dispactcher and driver to pick it up same day...****** was my driver very nice fella. And my car was packed with important things and all my clothes bargained on price with driver to still get it towed because i got SWINDLED AND CONNED BY ISSAH TRUCKING COMPANY LTD.DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM (*****) HE LOW BALL YOU ON PRICE then lies about having a driver and pick up times i paid a deposit of $50 month before i had to move knowing the day and time he calls me om day before move and says he cant do it that day (which was wrong day anyway it was the next day) then suggested 2days after this delayed me making my money and starting my new job. ********** my livlihood was on the line just wanted to see i had agreements or quotes from others and kept hiking the price so i said fk it let me call neptune...i emailed them about a quote it was past my budget but id rather have gone with them than deal with this con artist who clearly is unprofessional and wanted me to keep waiting ro play games. ******** experience raised my blood pressure and he didnt give 2 ***** it seemed like. They got job done same day ...Thank you Neptune i will def be using you in the future!!!! I 1000 percent recommend!! I was skeptical to deal with them after dealing with other companies competeting for your money but dont care about what the customer is going through!! If i hqd id tip the driver but i just moved but I went through H*** getting car here and now i can get to work Great job!Thank you all!God Bless

    I had never shipped a vehicle before now and while attempting to do some research, I came across Neptune. Professional, responsive, and even when the handoff was made to the driver, they called to confirm that the car was delivered and that there were no issues. I would recommend and will definitely use them in the future.

    This was my first time using this type of service and it was an excellent experience they were very patient with me explained everything worked extremely hard to stay within my budget range picked up my car same day got it to me a day faster than it was supposed to take after reading many horrible reviews about different companies I was very nervous if you were a cautious consumer who works hard for your money I would say you can feel secure and safe with using this company very pleasant experience if I ever need this type of shipping again there's only one number I will call thank you guys so very much for your hard work and patience
