    While I was apprehensive at first due to some previous negative reviews, I ended up going with Neptune and am glad I did! My representative, *****************, was polite and helpful over the course of many calls. *** also communicated directly with the trucking company to lower the fee I was charged for bringing additional baggage. While the actual final price was higher than the original quote I received, it was still on the lower end of the many quotes I saw. Overall a positive experience in which my car arrived on time.

    ***************** and Neptune Auto transportation a is top notch company. I was able to get my car shipped from ******* to ********* in perfect condition. Great price too. I highly recommend Neptune Auto transportation.

    ****** was great to work with and bridged any gaps I had with driver and dispatcher. She provided me with a guaranteed rate and that did not change and vehicle was delivered from ** to ** in a little over a day. Will definitely use this firm for future shipments.

    ZERO stars ! THE WORST SCAMMERS!Fake quotes, lie about pick up dates, lie about delivery dates. Wont answer phone calls . Price gauge , bait and switch tactics. Lots of BAD reviews they try to cover up. DO NOT TRUST! DO NOT USE! Scam

    Their representative are completely disrespectful. My mother called to get a quote from them and they continuously called her "sir" even after she requested them to stop. They said it after every sentence intentionally to disrespect her. It's actually very sad that they treat their customers like this.

    I would give a negative number if possible. I requested quotes to ship a vehicle on an Internet transport service. I received multiple quotes, researched each company, made a decision to use Transport Masters ***, let everyone else know that I had not chosen them. Neptune placed my vehicle information on the National Transport board saying that they were shipping my vehicle even though I did NOT contract with them. That made it so none of the Transporters would go pick up my vehicle. Very bad form. So, I had to call them to ***************** from the Transport Board and I missed my transport date. I am never going to think about ever using Neptune in the future.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It is a bait and switch scam. In September of 2023 I contacted this company for a transport from ************* to ***** are. I thought I did my homework and this company got a good rating on numerous sites. I spoke to ***** who gave me a quote of $700 this included his $100 fee that I was told would never go up. I signed the contract. ***** told me not to worry as there were thousands of trucks and this was a popular route. I was told that ***** would check in with me and then finalize the contract a few days before the trip. This made me a little nervous as that would be cutting it close but he assured me that this was the norm. ***** checked in with me once a months to tell me all was good and that there were plenty of trucks on my route. 3 days before the trip ***** said that he was having problems booking my trip he stated that all the trucks wanted more money. Keep in mind ***** stayed at the beginning my fee amount was based on thousands of trucks making this same trip at these exact dates in the past. His company could predict the fee. I was getting nervous. I had my flight the day after the car pickup. ***** contacted me again 2 days before the trip and he stated that the price was now $1400. Double the fee and that his fee was now $300. He apologized and said he did the best he could. I felt scammed! I was stuck and had no choice but to pay the fee. This was clearly a bait and switch scam! But I had no choice and payed. I will never use this company again and I advise no else to. They make you wait till the very end and know you have no choice but to pay their fees. Run away from this company.
