    I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. EMPLOYEES ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL LIE. GAVE A QUOTE TO TRANSPORT MY VEHICLE AND LATER CAME BACK WITH A HIGHER OFFER BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A TWO-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE IF POSSIBLE. THEY AGREED, SAID IT WOULD COST MORE FOR THAT SERVICE AND I ACCEPTED THE ****** THE CONTRACT SIGNED HAD THE CORRECT DATE OF DELIVERY. I REACHED OUT TO THE DRIVER FOR AN ETA. THE DRIVER STATED THE DELIVERY DATE WAS A WEEK AWAY, AND THE COMPANY LIED ABOUT THE DELIVERY DATE, A DRIVER PICKUP MY VEHICLE AND DELIVERED IT TO A DROPOFF YARD UNTIL ANOTHER DRIVER CAME BACK FROM VACATION. THEY DID THIS SO I COULD NOT HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK UP THE VEHICLE TO HAVE IT DELIVERED FASTER.     We had an accident on our trip moving and bringing our family car (**** ***** to our son. It was obvious we needed our now handicapped car transported. I had never arranged for having a car transported before and after requesting one quote on one site... .. well, I am still getting calls. After checking out reviews, and because of those reviews, we decided to go with Neptune Auto. We worked with ***********************. Oh my gosh, she worked so very hard on getting the job done and for a reasonable cost. Many drivers did not want to transport our car because it was handicapped but ****** stuck with it and it did take a couple of days. We did have to pay more than the original quote ($100). At first I was worried that it was just another "bait and switch" schem. It wasn't, it was just going to take more. After one driver showed up to get the car and left and didn't come back, ****** stuck with, it she found another driver who was wonderful. He picked our car up and delivered it the next day. We had to leave items in the car that we just couldn't take with us. The car was delivered to the, .. fix it... garage, unscratched and all our items just as we had left them. At no time during this whole adventure was any money exchanged until the car was safely delivered and we were satisfied with the job. This is to let you know our experience with Neptune Auto Transport and their wisdom in having an employee like ******. And we lived happily ever after...... ??

    As another customer stated, I did not agree to use these guys but they posted my car on the boards, creating a situation that ended up costing me an additional $300. They had initially given me a lowball bid, which got me to text back and ask some questions (big mistake). The bid that they originally gave me ($550) was just a fake bid to get me to respond. They started relentlessly calling and texting me so I had to block them. Then, a day later, the company I signed with called me back the next day telling me that the driver will not pick up my car for $800 because it is posted with a company called "Neptune Auto Transport" for $1,100 and I must have signed with them already because that is the only way that they can post the car (otherwise, it is basically spam). Well, I obviously knew I hadn't signed with anyone but he gave me the name. I thought they were BS'ing me until I searched my phone with the name and realized it was this lunatic that I had to block, and it all made sense... Some advice - don't even engage with them or they may post your car on the boards, s******* up the entire system of bidding, costing you hundreds of dollars. I was locked and car was being picked up at $800 until the driver/company of driver saw the $1,100 price from Neptune. I ended up just paying it or I would have had to unravel all this and start over again.
