  Company purposely posted my vehicle on *********** I did not agree to use them. The offered a low rate but due to posting my vehicle on *********** They drove up the price creating a bait and switch scenario.

  I was in a real jam when my truck broke down in ***** on a Friday night on the way back to **************. I had to be back to work by Monday, but no shop could fix it before Monday, and towing it would cost several thousand dollars because of *************. So I put out a broadcast online for a transport service, and received almost 100 responses, many of which were scams offering prices anywhere from $400 to $1600. But *********************** at Neptune said he had a confirmed driver (which many claimed) for $800 that was waiting to come get my truck. I was scared to provide my Credit Card info without verifying, so I asked for the driver's name and number. He could not give them to me, but instead provided me screenshots of his conversation with the driver. That convinced me and earned my trust. He sent me the contract, I signed, and 2 hours later the best transport company I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with came and picked up my truck, TBN Express LLC. If you need a vehicle transported a long distance, reach out to Neptune and ask for ******* and ask if he can get you TBN Express as the driver. Saved my ****.

  I was contacted by ****** after applying for a quote online from ** to GA I was skeptical at first as he was so persistently contacting me it seemed to go to be true and I had already been scammed twice by other companies but ****** was the real deal within an hour he had arranged for a pick up THE NEXT DAY and even was able to negotiate the price a bit with the driver the car was picked up the next day as planned big thanks to ****** as I have been trying to get the car moved for almost a month and ****** was able to get a driver to accommodate us. great service i will definitely work with them again

  I worked with ***** to ship my old Bronco across the country. He did a great job of communicating frequently and transparently.
