Awful experience. I booked with them and when pick up was ready, they doubled the cost of the shipment. They wouldn't answer phone calls, only text messages. Businesses should not be run this way. Left a pit in my stomach after getting scammed for the deposit.

1 starThis company is predatory and unprofessional. We arranged shipment of a vehicle from ********** to ******* with a company that had a similar name. We mistakenly contacted NSLA to confirm the shipment which had already been prepaid. At that time, they took the information for the delivery and contacted the receiving party (my unsuspecting daughter) and requested a deposit of $150 sent by ***** to receive her car. The company knowingly deceived my daughter by contacting her directly to send a deposit and make her sign a contract in order to receive her car, even though they should have been contacting me (the sender) to make any payment arrangements. The company then refused to return the money (obviously requesting ***** instead of a credit card so the customer cannot dispute the charges). This is unprofessional and predatory behavior. I highly recommend you steer clear of this company. I will be reporting the business to BBB and posting to other review boards for consumer awareness.Review fromBrett D

They are crooks! If you dont want to be ripped off dont use them. ****** is employed as a broker for NSLA Carship LLC he will lie to you and say he has a truck available to do your pickup and tell you he needs a deposit in order to book this truck for your pickup. He doesnt have any trucks of is own so dont be fooled in thinking he does. He told me he had a truck that was empty and ready to load. The driver wasnt empty he was in the shop with turbo problems on the truck. He still had a load of cars on his trailer that needed delivery. He told ****** the broker he was able to do the load. He wasnt even in the state where my pickup was. I called ****** back and asked why he said he had a truck ready for pickup. He said he was looking for another truck I said please refund my deposit so I can find another truck for pickup. He kept lieing saying he has another truck to string me along another day while he tried to find one. I told him when we started this that the car had to be picked up on Tuesday because it was in a storage facility and someone had to unlock the gate and unit to where the car was. The guy waited from 9am to 5pm no truck showed up. I had to pay the guy to take off work the next day to meet another driver that I found to pick up my car. ****** still didnt send my deposit back. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. ****** then replied back saying if i dropped the dispute he could send me my money back right away. So i dropped the dispute, it was just another lie for them to keep my money. Can you believe ****** called me two weeks later and said i have a truck empty and ready to load. I said are you kidding me the car had been delivered two weeks ago. I not only had to pay a higher price for a last minute truck but ****** at NSLA Carship LLC kept my deposit. I talked to several people only to find out this is what they do. They write there own good reviews So PLEASE BEWARE Of NSLA Carship LLC at *********************************NSLA Carship LLC
