      I bought stuff from there store on May 24 I went to return the items I bought on 6/6. When I entered the store the vibe was dry. I did not get a greeting when I entered the manager is just staring at me as if Im not supposed to be returning any items. When I am at the register the manager says nothing to me at all while she is doing the return she did not let me know I would be even getting store credit for the return when she finish. She said sign this which I do because some places require a signature for returns. A day later I looked at my receipt and saw that they gave store credit instead of a refund. Once I see this I email. **************** which in response they tell me I had 7 days to return and get a refund after that 7 days u get. Store credit. 7 days to. Return items isnt even logical when any other store has a 30 day return policy. I dont live close to one of these stores to. Even return it in that time span. A 7 day return policy is a scam a scam to get people to continue to shop at a place with bad quality bad service and bad energy why would I want store credit.

      My Name is ******* *. I am filing a complaint about the store return policy. They are are all kind of discrepancies. They have policies posted that they are not following. I went to return some items that I had initially purchased for an event and some of the items that I purchase worked and some did not so I went into the store on Memorial Day of *********************************************************************************** its original form and was told all kinds of rules that were not only not listed the policy that actually apply to my situation. They completely ignored and then to make matters worse when I call corporate this morning. They tell me Something similar, but none of the things that they said is in the policy. They just kind of making up the rules as they go I was so disgusted I was embarrassed. My feelings were hurt. I was frustrated and even after I felt like I would get some type of Compassion by college corporate that just made it worse it is definitely the *** of retail. I will no longer be shopping there, even though rainbow has been part of some very memorable experiences for me and my children, but I am no longer gonna be a customer there and as far as Im concerned with the way that theyre running customer service and corporate they shouldnt even be allowed to be in business with the type of service theyre providing. They are not following any of the rules that they have posted And nobody even care. Nobody showed any type of compassion. Forget what the receipt says forget what the store policy says nobody is in complying with that and Im just disgusted and really frustrated about the outcome of the whole situation.

      Never purchase from rainbow EVER AGAIN!! From the online customer service **** to the ghetto **** in the store are very disappointing. People only go because of the cheap prices but the quality and customer service is TRASH! I ordered 10 pairs of shoes online for a 2 for $10 deal, and once I got the shoes they were all too small. I am a regular 8 in any shoe or sandal so to find that they were small and tight fitting was extremely disappointing. There is no exchange option for online, only return, in which in return they charge you $10 to do so. So I went to 6 different stores to try and exchange each pair of shoes that I got as an advisement from a customer service **** 2 out of 6 stores were very pleasant and I was able to exchange with no problems. Other stores wanted me to pay a price difference to exchange the exact same color/style shoe all because I bought it online. And many other stores just either did not have the shoe or have it in my size. I am down to my last 2 pair, 1 that hasnt been in any store and the other none in my size, so I decided I would just exchange them for a different shoe under the same 2 for $10 deal. So because (online) rainbow provided me a discount for shopping online making the shoes $9 a piece instead of $10 no rainbow STORE will honor the price for exchanging the shoes. When you call customer service they say its nothing they can do. Mind you I was advised to do this the 1st time I called in BEFORE I made 6 trips to 6 different stores. I will NEVER shop at rainbow for ANYTHING ever again after going thru this.

      Subject: Discriminatory Treatment at Rainbow Store Urgent Concern LOCATION - ******************************************************************************** To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to formally report an upsetting incident that occurred at one of your Rainbow locations during a recent visit with my mother. We were both extremely disappointed by the way we were treated by a cashier whose behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and, quite frankly, discriminatory.The cashier initially gave me the name *********, but I overheard another employee refer to her as ***** From the moment we approached the register, she displayed no greeting, made no eye contact, and failed to communicate the total of my purchase. She placed the receipt inside the bag without handing it to me, and didnt even offer me my shopping bag when the transaction was complete. There was no thank you, no have a nice day, or even basic courtesy.What was most disturbing was witnessing the clear difference in how she interacted with the customer beside me a Hispanic woman. She immediately lit up, greeted her in Spanish, smiled, and provided attentive service. The contrast was blatant and ********** Black women, my mother and I felt completely disrespected and disregarded. Unfortunately, this is not the first time Ive experienced this kind of treatment at this store, and it speaks to a much larger issue that cannot be ignored.I am asking that this matter be investigated thoroughly. Employees should be held accountable for how they treat all customers regardless of race. I will also be submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, as I believe no one should feel mistreated while simply shopping for necessities.We deserve the same respect and decency as any other customer. I hope ********************** will take this seriously and implement the proper actions to ensure this doesnt continue happening to others.

      ******** employer. Only paid me for a third of the hours I worked there at a later date than they said they would pay. Then proceeded to ignore calls and texts concerning when I would be paid for the remaining hours I worked. *****************

      Rainbows is getting worse at choice of management! Poor commutative customer service! I checked my bags and jacket, my keys were secured in a snap pocket, h/e the handler popped my pocket open to see inside which damaged my pocket, it no longer snaps.
      By the time I noticed I was on my way to my last destination. Eventually I called the store, didn’t get through. I went back to the store on a later date, spoke to a nice man who told me when a manager is there. I went back and spoke to a manager who in return told me that it wasn’t true because her employees would never do that, why didn’t I come back, (which I did) along with shouting at me and twisting my words, making up excuses and said something about they wouldn’t take anything (which I never said, that showed me that she wasn’t listening) and she refused to hear me out further in response to her misinterpretation of my words, then the same so called nice man turned and said it’s not true too and so on about I didn’t call or come back, which I did multiple times until then! I told her, she needs to read a book because her comprehension skills is obviously subpar for simple rational reasoning!
      I felt like I was in the twilight zone because neither of them responded professionally! I’ve been shopping at that particular store and Rainbows for decades, I don’t understand why people who aren’t from the community feel the need to be rude and wrongly dismiss customers for stating a claim.
      The management is inconsiderate, rude, dismissive and unprofessional! Their insensitivity clearly shows that they’re deficient and lacks the skills to address customers concerns and complaints without escalating situations! Rainbows needs to do better vetting and training, there’s no excuse for the horrible disposition certain employers have in certain neighborhoods! They act as if they can’t listen and reason effectively! There’s plenty of youth and respectful adults who would better serve the community working for Rainbows

      Horrible Customer Service.on 7/26/2024 about 17:29 @ store # ***** term #2 trans#******.. person of interest: the cashier id herself as the store manager. It took more than ************************************************ The cashier was talking on her inter ear Bluetooth while checking the customer out. My turn very polite no problem for the wait. The cashier informed me by selecting an additional pair of ******* I would get them at discount price; great. I dashed to get ******* and she immediately voided my transaction and began to check out the next customer before I left the counter. I continue to walk to the ******* where I require assistance for up high item. Now I must wait again for additional 5 minutes for the cashier to check out one customer (wow). I informed her that I needed assistance with the *******. When she finished with the one customer, instead of walking to assist me she asked for the next customer (while I was standing right in front of her) I state again that I need assistance with all body and face expression she was very rude and then asked me did I need the manager and if so she is the manager and what is my concern. I began to express the above concern in a professional tone walking behind her talking to the back of her head. Once we returned to the check out counter the other cashier returned and she states to the other cashier "check her out I do not check out customer with an attitude and if she say one more thing I'm going to call the police and put her out". After I checked out with the other cashier I asked for the general manager's contact information and the original cashier interjected stating "look it up". I then asked for her name and she stated again "look it up with those eye brow" (insulting my make-up). This experience was very traumatic for me. I was stopping by to grab a cheap deal and without solicitation I was verbally insulted by the staff.

      The customer service is so rude, nobody is pleasant. I made a online order and when I received my package it was no shipping label or invoice and the rep wants to get an attitude with me. I will never order nothing from them if the customer service ***** this bad

      To Whom It May ********** May 18, 2024, I purchased two dresses from your Rainbow store. Unfortunately, neither dress fit, and due to my work schedule, I was unable to return them within the 30-day return period. I visited the nearest store today, July 3, 2024, to return these items. I understand that many retailers offer store credit for returns made after the 30-day window; however, I was denied both a refund and store credit at this store. Given that the fitting rooms are not accessible and I could not try on the dresses before purchasing, I find this situation particularly unsatisfactory.I now have two unworn dresses that I cannot use. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to resolve this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      Very poor delivery service and disappointing follow up service for tracking a package which was not delivered. I was given no information to track my package and they took no responsibility for the package which they lost. They obviously don't care that I lost my money or did not receive my package I will never shop with Rainbow again and neither should you. I demanded a refund which they refused and they kept telling me to check the forwarding company which have said they did not receive the package. They hired ***** and they are refusing to follow up if I lived in the ** I would *** this company.
