      This is the store I most visit. I love the clothing and the prices. Everything I have purchased in the past 20+ years has served me well with many compliments.Unfortunately, today I need to write about my "environment experience". As I was shopping and trying on clothing, the two female employees used profanity many times regarding signing in their current shipment, and where to place the new merchandise. They also continued to curse about their customers and how they are slobs {although I agree with that in retail, but it should not be said, speaking loudly with customers still in the store}. Their dressing rooms had just opened since the Covid shutdown, but they were in such disrepair. The employee did apologize for the state of the rooms, but they were completely unacceptable. This **************, ********, ** store is a mess. The dressing rooms had a layer of dust on each hook and shelving. Most of the doors did not have working locks and they used it for storage, the customer must go through a maze of metal store equipment. I was very disappointed on this visit. I hope they can clean up their act, they are making this Brand look inadequate.

      I made my purchase in January although I was in the process of moving from one place to my current residence. One of my items was a pair of cream colored boots. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of clothing from Rainbow in the past but I refuse to purchase from them ever again online. I knew that they will send you used merchandise. In the past, I would return it to the store or just wash it but it was different with the boots. I didn't realize they had light red stains on both boots to my surprise when I tried them on in March once I got settled in my place and I was able to put my things away. It looks like a pink magic marker on my cream boots and I called them and they have a policy about 30 days but they don't have a policy about sending out used products or HEPA violations. I just really feel let down even though I know that they have a history of sending out used clothing.Please check your items carefully if you ever purchase anything sight unseen from Rainbow or any store for that matter.

      On March 12th 2024 at around 2:15pm, I enter the rainbow shops in ************* in ********** **. The customer service *****. The cashier in ********** ** ************* has Red braids in her hair, is very rude. I asked for assistance with the dresses on the wall. I had to repeatedly ask for help. She continued to put tags on new products and ignored me. I had to say raise my voice to get her attention. She is very unprofessional. I frequently all of the rainbow shops and this is by far the most disrespectful one. Someone needs to do some coaching on ***************** I don't know if she is new but the other female employees such as the manager did not address the issue. After I receiving the dresses I had asked help to get, she also rang my item up with a stanky attitude. If you ask me she don't want her job or want to be there. I will not be purchasing anything else from this location ever ever ever ever again. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

      Returned an item using the provided return label. Because the return label originated from the seller, I cannot get information about the return packages progress. When I reach out to customer service, I get the run around. Try contacting us on Monday or I will look into this.. I have never received a refund. It has been months since I mailed my return. I will never shop with them again.

      I have been going to the store in ******* ** for years #***** and the African American red head manager was very rude- she has no customer service skills what so ever and needs to be re trained on how to speak to customers who are coming in and choosing to spend there hard earned money- I hope Rainbow management speaks to her and holds her accountable for the things that come out of her mouth.

      Im trying to report an issue that happened to me and my special needs daughter whos also my client for I work for her. On tues dec 19 2023 we went to the store to purchase few things.once we purchase the items we start to head out and the alarms go off.the protocol on how they treated us was not only rude but embarrassing for I have it all on video and will take it to court if someone doesnt reach me from corporate.no one especially my daughter should of went thru what we went thru for it was embarrassing.I would not work the rest of the day for it effected me mentally I got sick after developing a migraine.my daughter refuses to leave the house thx to the way rainbows employees treated us. So if no one from corporate reaches out wishing the wk then Ill take further steps to fix this false accusation and embarrassing moment that was uncalled for.once again I have video **

      My name is *********** just dont understand that the purchases of Bras cant be returned for store credit. I dont recall seeing a sign at the counter saying that the following items can not be returned or the cashier did not informed me when I purchased these items. These same items (Bras) can be returned with cash refund at ****, ******* and Target. Its not printed on the receipt that personal intimate can not be returned or cannot receive store credit. I was informed of this today. I am very disappointed. I would very much like to return these items and receive store crest of $15. Waiting for a response. ****************** ************ ** *****

      I have been a customer at ********************** for about 7 to 8 years. I'm not really a fan anymore because they have attached PayPal Gpay Klarna and Apple pay and Shop Pay to the checkout system which are fraud money holders. I was using my regular credit card as I usually do for about half the year and I was checking out using shop pay all of a sudden about the 6th month into the year shop pay refused to take my credit card and said my transaction cannot be completed. I called my bank and my bank said they put a lock on my car because shop pay was requesting cash as if I was at the store instead of credit. The next month to avoid the same thing I used PayPal to check out and I was keeping up with my money balance as I made other purchases and I noticed that they took $10 from my money on my card and put it back 8 days later. The company is now owned by aJewish family who is greedy and practice fraud. When you make a purchase the merchants clear their money and have a week to take it off they don't need additional money after their hold falls. Watch yourself at checkout because you won't be able to use your credit cards because they have their system rigged now to charge you cash I am looking for the *** of PayPal because this is not right!

      I've been going to the Rainbow store in ******, ******** for about a year and from the beginning the Store Manager has been very rude and hostile. When asked a question he is short with answering and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I commented on his attitude and he blew me off, so very unprofessional.Yesterday I wanted to return an item that was too large. He was handling the return and he told me it was past the 30 day return policy but he was willing to give me a courtesy return. Well when he couldn't find the exact same item, he insinuated that I may not have gotten the item from the store. Clearly it stated on the receipt the item. Also the writing on the receipt had rubbed off.He than retracted his offer and literally threw the item at me. I told him about the negative encounters I have had with him and he ignored me while replying in a condescending tone "Have a nice day." This type of treatment is unacceptable. I went back in the store after feeling completely disrespected to inquire about my receipt and he said he didn't know; he believed he put it back in the bag.The item was on the 31st day and I can truly understand policy but when this man said one thing and did another is unacceptable. When I asked his name he replied Store Manager. I replied that's your name and he replied I don't give my name out.I see so many bad reviews on Rainbow and I'm surprised how few of them have resolution. I have enjoyed shopping at many Rainbow stores and this is the only one I've ever experienced issues.This review is of this isolated experience so this is why I've given the rating of 1 star.

      I was shopping for my 85 year old mother for a pending trip, the clothes fit her well but she prefers a little more room, so I tried to return for a larger size and the clerk said she could not accept without a receipt. It does not make sense because there were tags on EVERYTHING! Nothing was unlabeled, and you could clearly see it was purchased at Rainbow. I told the clerk I understood because I know she is just a lowly $15 dollar an hour employee, and doesn't know any better. But I normally spend any where from $80 - 150 on clothes several times a year, and let it be known that I will not anymore. You should have a more reasonable exchange policy and not make $15 dollar an hour employees get their a** chewed out. I hope you miss my shopping spews, but I know you could probably care less.
