    Worst experience of my life. My parents hired this guy to build a cabin on our property for them. They paid him $60,000, after the first month he stopped showing up regularly, then eventually just didn’t show up at all. Had every excuse in the book, ( sick, going through a divorce, had a heart attack, too hot, waiting for materials ) all lies. I would check in on occasion to see what progress was being made, and always found trash bags full of beer in the cabin. He cut every possible corner he could. Used the cheapest materials, wrong flooring, no pressure treated wood on exterior. Particle board skirting, didn’t paint any trim or interior doors. Floor joists are bowed and warped, entire cabin is crooked and unlevel. Not a single interior door closes, back exterior door doesn’t close or lock. He tied to get away without insulating underneath the cabin, when I mentioned it, he threw something in quickly and it all fell out. Never installed the mini split he was supposed to put in. ( so my senior parents are staying in a cabin with no air and it’s august) not sure how this guy can sleep at night or even show his face in public. Took my parents retirement money and ran with it. Very disappointed all around, 0 out of 10, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I’d hate to see someone else go through the same thing he put my family through. (And other families from what I hear) at this point it’s going to cost a small fortune to have someone come in and fix all the things he did wrong, not to mention all the money he took from them without providing materials or services. Stay away from this guy, real life nightmare for sure. I should also mention that I didn’t list everything that’s wrong with the structure. Literally not enough characters to do so.
