    Reached out by texting my number lying saying that they cleaned other condos in my community. (I own a waterfront property)
    I asked how she got my personal number and she said she found my house on ******! Wow, so I am being profiled based on where I live, I guarantee she would come and shop in my closet. All of the reviews of this business are horrible and I can only assume it’s a scam. What kind of person lies to get customers? I want to know how she got my cell phone number. Such a huge violation of my privacy, not to mention her profiling people she thinks are rich. So pathetic and suspicious.

    Soliciting services through the AIRBNB app then sent threatening messages stating “Report this ****” and “Send me the address so I can pull up” when we reported solicitation to the platform. Not the type of person I’d trust cleaning my rental properties.

    I hired Payne's Pro Cleaning to handle the turnover service for my Airbnb rentals and had an extremely disappointing experience. After initial communication and agreeing on the service, Payne, the company owner, completely ghosted me. He stopped responding to my phone calls, texts, and Facebook messages. Additionally, I've now been blocked from their Facebook page, leaving me with no way to contact them or resolve the issue.
    This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially when managing time-sensitive tasks like Airbnb turnovers. I strongly advise others to avoid this company, as they have proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

    They spammed me on ******** Marketplace and then harassed me for reporting them on the platform.
    This complain is about their professionalism and lack of ethic, not due to their services offered

    This man is a SCAMMER, he pretends to do the work, he wants to wipe a few clean items and not do the job, we had to REDO everything he did. he quotes some ******** quote after not looking at the home, then insists on more money, so we give him the money to do the deep clean, only for him NOT to do a deep clean, literally stands around wasting time making you think he is doing work. He has no idea what he is doing business wise and instead of getting help to do this job better, he stays up all night party and shows up half asleep to pretend. We hire people to do work for us, not to wast out time, I want my money back! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY
