      To Whom It May Concern,

      I recently placed an order with DA Card World for 30 ********* Preferred Hobby Boxes, totaling $4,749.03. The order #4878932 was placed on May 29, 2025 and delivered on May 31, 2025.

      Upon receiving the package, I immediately noticed that the shipping box was visibly damaged. When I opened it, I was extremely disappointed to find that the contents were very poorly packaged. There was no bubble wrap or padding between the shipping box and the merchandise—only a single layer of brown paper placed loosely on top.

      As a result, the hobby boxes were left completely exposed and took the full brunt of the damage during shipping. Many of the boxes arrived dented, crushed, or visibly damaged. Given the size and value of this purchase, I expected far better care and handling.

      I have already emailed DA Card World and left a voicemail, but since it’s the weekend, I don’t expect a response until Monday. In the meantime, I am requesting your assistance in helping me escalate or document this issue for proper resolution.

      I placed an online order with Dave and Adam's on March 21, 2025 for two items. The order was then shipped on Apr 4, and I received it on Apr 9. However, upon opening the package on Apr 11, I found I only had been shipped one of the two items I ordered. I immediately emailed Dave and Adam's letting them know the issue. They had not responded by Apr 15 so I emailed them again to please respond to me.

      Dave and Adam's responded later on Apr 15 letting me know they were looking into the issue. On April 16th, Dave and Adam's requested that I sent them documentation of the box, and I promptly sent them a video I had taken when opening the box.

      Since then, Dave and Adam's has failed to take responsibility for them not delivering both items to me. I have called Dave and Adam's on Apr 16 and 17 and have yet to hear back from them. it almost seems like they are going silent.

      hi please help. i made 2 orders, but only received 1 shipment. ups only delivered 1 package to me. i assumed both boxes were in the shipment, but upon further investigation, i realize the company shipped 2 packages, but the other one was apparently returned. this is some sort of ups error, and I only ever got 1 shipment. please reship this package to me, or refund one of the orders. ...this entry doesn't even make sense "03/12/2025

      I purchased 6 spots @ $74.95 each for a 5 box break of 23 ****** contenders optic football cards random teams. Teams were assigned randomly and I was assigned ****** ****** ******* ***** ******, and *******. All boxes are opened live on ******* and cards are shown. If the card is one of the teams you were assigned, then you are awarded that card. I was awarded 11 cards from the 5 boxes opened. I was sent 9 of the 11 cards. The 2 cards I did not receive were a ****** ***** ALL TIME AUTOGRAPH #/** AND *** ******* Rookie of the year black scope # ***** AUTOGRAPH card. Both cards were ******* ***** and acknowledged in video as being my cards. They were 2 valuable cards and shown again at end of video along with 2 other nice cards. I received my package in mail and those 2 cards were missing so I called to see if maybe they were sent separately and insured. They said no, they should have been in the package with the other cards I received. They asked if my package was damaged which it was not ( and still have it). After explaining the situation, they said they would need to watch video again and would send me email within a few hours. I called back 2 days in a row as I did not receive any follow-up. Each time I called back they claimed they were busy and didn't watch video yet. Finally, they said they had video showing the 2 cards being put in package with other 9 cards I received. I Said I find that hard to believe, because if that were the case, I would have them. Then they told me they would reach out to the others that participated to see if they were sent cards by mistake. This made no sense if they had video showing cards put in my package. They told me they were giving me store credit of $150 and those cards are worth more, I suggested someone there took them and they said I was immediately banned from doing further business with them and refunded me $74.95. I feel like a victim of fraud, the 2 cards are valuable and I want them for future investment.

      We are sorry that this has happened ******. Our video footage we show all your 5 Detroit Lions cards that you won getting packed up into the envelope along with the other cards that you had won in your breaks. All cards all went in one package and were shipped out. We did refund ****** his money $74.95 that he spent for that break. He claimed that someone from our company must have stolen them, which is not the case.

      Since they claim they have video showing the cards put in the envelope, then provide that video. I don't believe they are telling the truth. If they provide it I will drop my case. If they are lying about this then they are dishonest and should acquire the cards from ******* or elsewhere. Otherwise refund me the entire amount I spent on the 6 spots I purchased.

      I first and foremost want to apologize for the hassle that this entire situation has caused you. What we discovered this time around that we missed previously is that there were two sealed sleeves in your USPS envelope. A number of situations between the time the package was loaded onto the USPS delivery truck to the time you were able to open it could have occurred, but that doesn't change the fact that you did not receive all of your cards. For this reason, I'm refunding both of your DACW orders in full as they were both for this break. In addition to the original refund of $74.95 for the ***** spot, all $374.75 you paid for the additional five [5] spots is being returned to you through ******. 
      My sincerest apologies again for your experience with DACW.

      Hello,

      I made 2 orders of 2 ****** ******* ******* 6 Box Case for $1,294.90 each. One of my orders came in, the other no where to be found. I looked in my dacardworld account today, and I noticed it has been processing payment since 4/26. What is going on? ... I emailed you guys + called you guys over 5 times today during your "working hours" and no one picks up. Please let me know what is going on...

      I paid for 2 sealed cases of 2021-22 ***** **** Hockey 20 box cases. They arrived 2 Weeks ago. Due to Dave & Adams poorly packed shipping box, there was room for the cases to shift around during shipping. One case was significantly damaged on the corner. I informed them with pictures right away.
      They have refused to send return label or refund, and are holding my money hostage while they try to file a claim with UPS to cover the damage. Their dispute with the shipping company has zero to do with my payment & the fact I received damaged goods, yet they are not refunding my money as they think it’s ok to wait for UPS.
      They keep telling me that they thinks it’s proper not to service their customers correctly by holding their money. This is outright STEALING.
      Dave & Adams needs to give me my money back, plain & simple regardless of the outcome of their claim with UPS.

      I thought I was ordering 6 basketball card hobby boxes, 3 obsidian and 3 origins, as part of a live break. The description for these purchases were ambiguous and referred to a team break which to me indicated that multiple customers as a group was a team, and I am only realizing now that the “28 slots” in the description refers to the number of customers. Again very non descriptive. Instead of having one box per customer, as I originally thought, each customer is assigned a basketball team name for a slot that they purchased and only get cards from the break that correspond to that team. After the break I realized that this could result in some people getting no cards for their slot that they paid $70-$110 for. This was not described in the item description. There was an acknowledgment section that asked you to agree to accept the cards from the break regardless of what you get and not be able to get a refund, but this did not say anything about getting zero cards for the purchase or getting few cards. I agreed to this knowing that I was buying full boxes and ai would accept what ever were in the boxes. However, This acknowledgment is misleading and does not cover the reason I am asking for a refund or the remaining cards from the boxes that I purchased. That is getting zero cards for a slot and very few for others. I will gladly accept the types of cards from the boxes as I agreed to.

      From my perspective, they owe me 26 more cards from fresh boxes at random, with the remaining autograph cards as well. I thought I was purchasing 6 boxes, 7 cards each, and only received 16, 14 from the obsidian boxes instead of 21 and 2 from the origins boxes instead of 21. I purchased 3 “slots” of each and so received zero cards for one of the origins “slots”.

      I would accept either the remaining cards that I am due, chosen at random from new sealed boxes with the appropriate number of auto/memorabilia cards, or a refund after I return the 16 cards that they have sent me.

      For this order, **** ****** selected to participate in random group breaks, which is what the title of the items he selects shows.

      If **** was looking for sealed boxes, those are listed differently on the website. We have several designations in place to show that an order has been placed for a group break, including the way the product is listed and the agreement that is found refer to the attachment.


      We also include a Terms & Conditions box which must be checked in order to proceed with an order.  The cards that **** received in his delivery are in fact what he ordered for this particular scenario. A refund will not be facilitated in this situation.

      The descriptions and agreement that they refer to do not indicate that customers can receive zero cards or even just one card per slot and as describe in my original complaint the description are not detailed enough to figure this out from the purchase description or agreement. Because of this ambiguity I was inadvertently misled into buying these slots and agreeing to the terms. I would not have purchased these had there been more explicit detail provided.

      Dear Daves and adam support,

      I am writing to express my utmost frustration and disappointment concerning my recent order from your store. As a regular customer, I never encountered such an issue with your service before.

      On april 5 2023 , I placed an order ******* for 2 - ******* Scarlet & Violet Booster 6-Box Case - $1,599.90 and was expecting its delivery within 5-7 business days, as mentioned in your shipping policy. However, despite several follow-up calls and messages, the order never arrived hence along with a delivery proof stating that it was delivered to wrong address

      The lack of communication on your end has left me perplexed and irate. I have waited for weeks, but no one bothered to inform me about the status of my order. This has resulted in a lot of inconvenience and has disrupted my plans.

      As a result of this substantial delay even with all the proofs I am having , I request you to refund my full payment immediately. I am unwilling to wait any longer or go through any more hassles. Failing to do so will leave me with no choice but to leave a negative review of your store and escalate the issue with higher authorities.

      I hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and take prompt action to resolve it. Once the refund is processed, please do inform me, so I can be relieved of this ordeal.

      We understand the customers frustration regarding this issue that has been taken place. This issue is still under investigation though *** since they were the cause of this problem. The *** investigation can take up to 10 business days. However Dave & Adams refunded the customer in full today.       They advertised a sealed complete set of 1989 ***** baseball cards. They sent me a box with a broken seal and the only 2 valued cards missing. The set was not expensive however it’s more about the principal. In this industry this can be expected from pirates. In this particular set it is well known that those two cards are the only thing that people are after. This is not a coincidence. The industry is being preyed on by this type of action and it’s so inexpensive no one complains. But if they get lucky with the two cards they steal from each box it can become Uber profitable just short of criminal this is. They also sent me a 1989 baseball traded series box that was open. The prize card in that Set is off center and not worth stealing so it’s still there. The packaging failed to include an invoice Also not a coincidence. Very disappointed since I was only after 1 card and it comes in the set automatically Luck is not required

      They say they want to buy cards of at least 50 dollars in value, and they will buy any of these. I have offered them cards worth way more than 50 in value multiple times and they rejected me

The sports cards in which you presented to us we are not interested in buying at this time. Dave & Adam’s do not buy every sports card over $50.00 that is presented to us.
