    I was recently told a loan I was past due on was sold to be collected from your company , instead I’ve been receiving calls at my place of work threatening legal action.
    I am more than willing to repay the debt, but not through some bizarre company claiming to ONLY accept over the phone payments. And especially not a company that does not have the name of the ACTUAL company I was told to deal with which is YOU.
    Very unprofessional practices and very shady.

    Debt direct portfolio management called a family member of mine and gave her all of my personal information. Including my social security number. Do not use this company. They have called and called. I thought federal law prohibits them from sharing certain information. Now a family member knows all my information.

    I have a company calling harrasing me and threatening to take me to court for fraud because I defaulted on a loan with ***** ******. They were very rude and threatening over the phone and not giving me a chance to speak. She said Monday they are filing the paper work in court. I reached out to **** ****** and they said they sold the debt to debt direct portfolio management in NY. Is this real how they buy a debt so cheap and harassing people in this economy with such threats? They have even reached out to my family members that I don’t talk to. This can’t be legal!
