    I do not have a debt with this company for a total visa, I have never received anything from them by mail, email or the phone. They have a “paralegal” that has been calling up to 14 times in a day harassing me and threatening to sue but refuses to give me any sort of documentation. I can not get through to them on the phone and when you call it’s listed under a different name.

    Original loan with ******* **** was sold to your company. I have been trying for years to contact you. I would like to pay this debt in full. I left several voicemails and sent many emails previously. I have gotten no response. No one calls back or emails back. I am now contacting the BBB to help me resolve this issue with you. If you are unable to verify this debt, then it should be removed from all credit reports.

    I have a fraudulent credit card debt that was transferred to JTM Capt. Mgmt. For the past 3 years I have tried to get in contact with anyone to solely get documentation concerning this issue and no one has answered to any way I have tried. Credit report agencies refuse to remove the debt and it continues to impact my credit unless I provide the correct paperwork, which is impossible since JTM will not respond.

    I have never had a contract with this company JTM capitol management. I have tried to reach out to them since 2016. They continue to report it on my credit report, yet fail to suppply original contract.

    This was paid to the original creditor prior to being sent to this collection agency. I have no contract with JTM Capital Management LLC. This is substantiated within my credit report with supporting documentation; however the collection agency continues to report negatively on the account.

    I was contacted by the company in 2017 to resolved a credit card debt they acquired for the establishment. With threats of suing me, taking me to court and possibly sent to jail if I did not pay them the debt. In 2017 I paid the debt to this company. In 2020 they tried to collect the debt again and I said no it was already paid. After a week they said I paid it wasn't properly placed in the system. Now in 2023 I have received threatening calls from a law firm on behalf of the original establishment saying they are suing me, taking me to court and if I do not pay it will be bad for me. I want this debit resolved correctly and to quit being threatened.
