    JTM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC appearing on my credit report for $11,500 transferred to another lender. JTM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC is not license in my State of Michigan to do business. JTM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC has never sent me any contract from ******* Bank that I owe money. The new debt collection law in Michigan and I requested a cntract to be presented. Billing Statements are not acceptable any longer says the ******** ********* ********** Buruea. ***B. The ***B has currently started litigation against JTM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC for this reasons.
    I request JTM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC to remove theirself completely off my credit reports immediately.

    I am not liable for this debt with ****/** and do not have a contract with JTM CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC. They did not provide me with the original application like I asked.

    They have called and threatened to personally deliver paperwork to my job, called other people and told them what was “supposedly” going on, and threatened court. I called the card company and they have heard anything about this company.
