      I've been with them since last August and can't get any kind of documentation for services they've completed. I just want to see what I'm paying for... its very frustrating since my lady Megan, I was working with no longer answers phone and I wait for over 30m for someone to talk to... very skeptical. I know it takes time but I haven't read anything on success by clients. And since I haven't gotten any info on the transactions of speaking with my creditors I'm thinking this is just a scam.
      I hope this is legit but if I don't get any documentation I'm gonna have to cancel...

      I cancelled last month. I was told that a refund would take anywhere from 3-21 days. The next month they still took out money from me. I’ve been sending emails and called their number at all different hrs. The business number says they are closed no matter the time. I called the employee that handled the contract and all contacts are invalid. I logged into the client portal and each monthly statement shows they haven’t negotiated anything. I feel like I’ve been scammed and would tell anyone interested to not explore options with this company.

      these are the worst .canceled everything with them and a week and a half later they still took money out of my account. then took momey they said were fees and want give back i would not recomend them at all will take your money

      What a horrible experience. I joined the program because I was promised there will be no late fees and no late payments. I have been with the program for 4 months. I get collection calls daily from my creditor and each time I ask my consultant he just say “hey just ignore those call”, meanwhile there is no progress done with my accounts. I finically talked to another nine profit debt relief program and they told me how horrible companies like Atlas is, I requested a cancellation on the program and requested a refund from Nicole from client service on 11/30. Today is 12/27 and I still havnt received my refund. I called this morning was on hold for 15 mins and the other client service hung up on me. I then had to call back and talk to Shawn who helped in any way he could. Turns out Nicole next sent my cancelation request and my money has just been held by Atlas. What an unprofessional company and I would stay away from them at all cost. All they want is your money and doesn’t care about anything else. Please train your employees on how to do their job

      I was treated with much respect, and did not feel judged at all. We ended up not actually going with this service due to a previous offer funding first. Even through the cancelation process I was treated with respect, and judgement was reserved. I did my research on this company and it seemed legit, we even signed the contract, but were able to cancel any further services.
