    Sam arrived at our home a little early for our 10am appointment which was good. We walked to site, showed him what we required. Sam explained their installation procedure, sat down and came to agreed price. It was a quick, professional and well presented appointment.

    Showed up for driveway retaining wall estimate, met with my wife, got frustrated and rude with her, walked off the job with no explanation!!
    When I get home she's in tears, clearly upset, then she told me how rude Brian was an how he said she had no idea what was wanted, blah, blah, blah!! No measurements, no options provided on an estimate, just walked off the job after being extremely rude and disrespectful to a senior citizen, disabled handicapped household?? Disgusting, Dishonorable and clearly unconcerned about it!!

    Words can’t describe the professionalism and Communication from Russ B****** . He is most definitely the kindest person and goes over and beyond to make things right. What an amazing asset you have with this company. I will tell everyone to come and talk to Russ for a fence. Considering the experience I had with another individual there was not good at all. And was never gonna do business with this company again. Hope this company realizes they have a diamond in the ruff. THANK YOU RUSS??

    This company did a fantastic job from start to finish whether in person or on the phone. Hayden's crew did the install and were fantastic, friendly, kept me informed, asked questions. They did such a great job. Would definitely endorse them.

    The Vinyl Outlet, from the minute I met with them for a quote for my initial privacy fence installation, to my add-on (twice) of additional panels, has been nothing short of spectacular. Their consummate professionalism, prompt attention to detail, scheduling within my busy schedule, the resolution of any minor changes, have all surpassed any customer service expectations I had. I truly can’t say enough positive things about The Vinyl Outlet. Jake and his installer Henry has been absolute pleasures to work with. I would very highly recommend (and I do!) without hesitation.     We received several estimates for a new fence and we are so pleased we chose The Vinyl Outlet. Anthony A****** - Sales, listened to our needs and assisted us in obtaining a timely installation date. The installation crew (Tony, Keith, Alex and Ethan) were professional, polite and thorough. Jay P******* - Manager, was extremely instrumental in helping us comply with the Town of Clarence regulations. We are grateful for the excellent service and would highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet to anyone interested in installing a new fence!

    Extremely Dissatisfied with Overcharging and Ignored Service Requests
    I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by The Vinyl Outlet. Not only did they overcharge me by 10 feet of fence, but they also completely ignored my repeated service requests regarding the unlevel fence they installed. After several attempts to tell them, they sent Jake out to measure, and he confirmed that they overcharged me by 10 feet but still did not return calls or send out anyone to fix the fence. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
    To make matters worse, the quality of their workmanship could be better. The fence they installed is noticeably uneven, with sections that are clearly higher or lower than the others. I promptly contacted The Vinyl Outlet to address this issue along with the overcharge the day after the installation over three weeks ago, but to my dismay, my service requests and request for a refund for the overcharge have been met with complete silence or false promises.
    I have made numerous attempts to reach out to Jake, Vickie, and The Vinyl Outlet via phone, but they have consistently ignored my pleas for assistance and a refund for the overcharge. It is absolutely unacceptable for a company to avoid its responsibility and disregard its customers in such a manner.
    As a paying customer, I expected professionalism, honesty, and a commitment to rectifying any issues. Regrettably, The Vinyl Outlet has failed on all fronts. Their lack of communication and refusal to acknowledge and resolve the problem has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and feeling cheated.

    I had a great experience with the vinyl outlet. I had a new deck built and the outcome was amazing . The crew was friendly and courtius. They kept asking how everything was looking as the build was progressing and if I wanted any changes. The final product is stunning . I would definatley recommend them.
