  They did an awesome job. They put a vinyl porch on over the small cement pad and step and made it a little larger. Best of all they cleaned the mess up very well like they weren’t even here.

  I spent almost $65,000 on a deck and fence. The fence is the wrong color and have now been told another $4400 is needed to change the fence. They left my driveway a total mess of mud and said they would send someone out as soon as spring hit. They also left the old posts on the ground from old fence and it looks horrible. My yard is a mess of mud clumps and I can’t get it fixed until they get the color change on fence done. They keep putting me off and canceled the installation. I’ve requested to speak with the owner and I’m told that’s not possible. My neighbors were going to use this company to get a deck and fence and after they seen my frustration are going with another company. Terrible just Terrible

  The quality of the stairs, rails, and deck are good. The workmanship and customer service, however, falls short. The Vinyl Outlet installed stairs, rails, and deck at the back and front entryways of my home. On the day of install, I was home quarantining having been exposed to Covid-19. The gentlemen let me know they were here in the morning to do the install at around 9:00am. The full installation was finished after 9:00pm. I did not go outside to view the work or sign the form as I did not want to expose men to the virus. When I did look at the work, the railings on the front stairs was off center and not in alignment with porch posts. Also, the stairs were built too wide. I refused to sign the form that states 100% satisfaction. Vinyl Outlet scheduled a day and came again to re-align the posts. I signed the form of completion. I was/am not fully satisfied with the work. The new front stairs were built over the old stairs is the reason I was given as to why the stairs were wide and overlap the garden. I asked if the stairs could be rebuilt and was told no. I was offered a gardening gift certificate which I declined. I asked for an extension of the warranty of the products to the next homeowner should I sell the house. The warranty extension to the next homeowner was granted. It is almost two years since the initial purchase and the unsettled feeling remains toward the workmanship of the stairs. With the railings moved to be in alignment with posts, the stairs look asymmetrical and one side of the staircase is longer than the other and protrudes into the garden. I recently entered a quote request online for the cost of breaking down the stairs, removing the old stairs beneath, and rebuilding the stairs. I offered to pay for the old stairs removal myself. I have not heard back. The price paid for the stairs front and back amounted to $14,490. On the garden side of the stairs there is now a hole dug by a critter leading underneath. Thank you.

  I can't say enough about the positive experience we have had with everyone at The Vinyl Outlet. Starting with Anthony, our sales representative to the installation teams and to the in-house support of Vicki and Jake.
  There were two installation teams working simultaneously on fence/gate on each side of the property and a deck off the kitchen into the yard. They were all excellent working well into the dark to complete the job as quickly as possible for us. They were so pleasant, polite, professional, communicative and highly skilled. I was so impressed as this was far above any similar experience we have had to date.
  On top of that I love the end result. The quality of product and craftsmanship has elevated my property. It makes me smile everyday to look out on the deck and fencing! We are so happy with our decision and would highly recommend The Vinyl Outlet to everyone.

  On Tuesday, 14 Mar 2023, my wife and I had a new 6 foot fence put in our backyard by Elliott and his crew. Elliott introduced himself to us, asked me to follow him to the backyard to verify the work to be done and asked if I had any questions or concerns.
  After the work was done, Elliott came to the door and asked that I again follow him to the backyard, to check on the work done. I do not think the crew even took any breaks. My wife and I were, and are, very pleased with the results. The men were personable and professional. If I contract with Vinyl Outlet for any future work, I will definitely ask for Elliott and his crew.
  Several years ago we had front and side porch railings installed by Vinyl Outlet to replace troublesome wrought iron railings. The railings look like brand new to this day and give our house wonderful "curb appeal".

  My Dealings with Vinyl Outlet went perfectly. I called to get a estimate on Monday, Signed the contract on Tuesday and the railings were installed on the following Monday. The senior installer John and his partner arrived on time and went right to work. Never took a break an did a perfect install. All railings look perfect and before they left they checked and wiped down any dirt on the vinyl. Great Job !
