  We hired Five Star Roofing. To do a reroof a small commercial building in South West Michigan. It’s been over a month and we are dry. The crew was fast and efficient. The left the job site clean. I will be using these folks again in the future. If you have leaks give them a call.

  We highly recommend Five Star Services! Our experience was wonderful from the very beginning. Rick thoroughly explained our options and provided detailed information with photos. It helped us to understand where we had issues and what would be done to fix them. The office was a great help with setting up payment and financing as well. The day of the job Chris was on site to oversee the work and answer any questions we had. He provided us with updates throughout the day and sent photos to show the progress being made and the quality of the work. Their crew was awesome! They did phenomenal work replacing the roof, adding soffits, re-hanging gutters and the cleanup was immaculate. All in all, we would give Five Star, five stars!

  Rick was so personable and knowledgeable from the first appointment to discuss my roofing needs. He followed up with a great price and the quality of the work left me extremely satisfied. Their materials are top notch and there are several options to choose from.The crew arrived on time and did an amazing job. Everything was meticulously cleaned during and after my new roof was installed. Chris was also available to assist with any issues but there were none to mention. 5 Star Roofing deserves 5 Stars. You will not be disappointed by this company. I am one very satisfied customer. If you are looking for excellence and professionalism, look no further.

  My house has been in need of major soffit and fascia repair for a while now and finding the right company to do the job has been a process. Five Star Roofing Consultants came highly recommended by another local contractor and I’m glad I gave them a call. Setting up an appointment for an estimate was easier than I had expected and Ricky immediately put me at ease by asking a lot of questions and making sure I understood the scope of the project. I received an estimate later that day that clearly laid out the work to be done and the materials that would be used. It also outlined 5 Star’s company policies. I still had a couple questions and Ricky was great about answering them and making sure I understood cost breakdowns and the financing options offered by the company. Five Star’s professionalism and stellar communication has taken a lot of the stress out of an otherwise stressful process - I’d recommend calling them for your next project!

  We had a huge job to do - tear down of a porch and a build of a new and much larger one. We wanted a new porch that looked like it was an original on a house that is well over 100 years old. They did a beautiful job capturing the architectural features we had on our plans. The team that worked on this job was incredibly skilled and did beautiful work. They were on site everyday and working all day! Everything was cleaned up well and the communication throughout the building was great. This project has been the talk of our neighborhood!

  We had a partial roof tear off and new roof installed. We could not be happier with the service from Five Star Roofing Consultants and Services. We were impressed with the efficiency and work ethic of the entire team (Kevin, Wade, Alex, Austin, Kyle, Dan and DJ). Kevin is an outstanding team supervisor. He was extremely polite and easy to approach about our questions and concerns. Five Star Roofing will definitely be our #1 choice for future roofing and home improvement projects.

  I just had my Home and Shed roof replaced by Five star. Tear off and re shingled. From start till finish they were customer focused . We had open discussions on options and what my needs were. They communicated step by step and reached out to me with every step to insure all was meeting my expectations. The roof crew was great , focused, efficient and kept a clean work zone. I would highly recommend Five star.

  I have lived in my home for sixty five years and have seen many companies and repairmen come and go. Five Star Roofing starting with Mary Beth and Emily in the front office could not have been more helpful. Answering all of my questions. I have a flat roof which Ricky came out to look at and gave us an estimate. He was also there anytime we needed him during the whole project. Flat Roofs are harder to work on as they need three sunny days in a row and a certain temperature before work can start. They made it when a larger crew of men showed up the last day. Kevin was head of the crew and did a wonderful job. The workman were all very polite and did a fabulous job on the roof. The yard and driveway were left in pristine condition. I would highly recommend Five Star Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.

  Rick and crew at Five Star were outstanding. Quote for full roof and gutter replacement was well documented, reasonably priced and professionally presented. Scheduling was quick, work quality was outstanding. Completed the entire job with a full clean up in 2 days. Roof and new gutters look great! I highly recommend Five Star Roofing.
