5 stars**** ** I cannot say enough great things about Rick and his crew. From the estimate to the cleanup, this company has been extremely professional and patient with all my questions. I was a bit nervous with a 3 layer tear off down to cedar shake shingles, but they talked me through the entire process. Rick even spoke to our homeowner's insurance adjustor when they had questions. Rick and Emily explained how the entire job would happen, and eased my nerves with such a huge home improvement. Mary Beth sent a very thorough list of steps to prepare for this job, so there were no surprises and our valuables were preserved.
As far as the crew goes, they were excellent, prompt, hard working and cleaned up wonderfully. You would never know they were there with how thoroughly they cleaned up the whole exterior area of the house.
I am so pleased with our new roof and would strongly recommend Five Star Roofing! You will not be let down and happy that you called them. Thank you.Review fromShirley R

5 starsNeeded roof repair on 100 year old detached flat roof garage with hidden water damage. Five Star was recommended by a friend who used them for a home roofing project. I was looking for a third quote for the work. Rick came to view we discussed the project and the "what if's". He proposed a price for the roof alone plus a contingency for work if it was needed. the proposal was substantially less than the other two bids received. They started work at the projected date in the quote with a crew of 8, finished in one day, kept me informed of the developments as the work progressed and were well within the contingency quoted which was very reasonable. 5 starsmy husband and i could not be happier with our experience with five star roofing: rick was incredibly responsive and guided us through the entire process. emily helped us decide on colors and was wonderfully personable and patient. the roofing and soffit/gutter teams were professional, efficient and kind. to have such a big project come off with ease couldn't have been a bigger relief. thank you all for this wonderful experience; we couldn't be more grateful. the biggest compliment of all: we have had MULTIPLE neighbors tell us how wonderful it was to observe a professional roofing team complete their craft. we went with barkwood shingles and musket brown soffit/gutters and it totally transformed our house; we are in love! thank you again for all you did for our family!Review fromMarlene S.

We are very pleased with Five Star! The company is very organized and completed the roof in one day. They painted the metal stack on the roof and installed new metal base flashing around roof vents which was not expected. The new shingled roof looks great and Five Star comes highly recommended.
