    I have paid ahead for a service and the bussiness all of a sudden has closed? No warning call, no heads up. I have paid ahead for 2 laser hair removal services that have gone unused.

    While undergoing laser hair removal treatments that had to be spaced apart by 6 weeks, this voucher was turned in and used for the first session of this voucher on 9/29/23. Next appointment was for 11/6/23, but business was closed with no notice. So only 1 of 3 sessions were completed. Voucher was $229.

    I have several hundreds of pre-paid dollars that goes toward spa services. I arrived to my appointment to find a closed business with no phone number or forwarding address. I was there 2 weeks prior and there was not mention of the spa closing. there was no mention of the spa closing when I confirmed my appointment over the phone either. it is unacceptable to close the business overnight while several customers still have hundreds of dollars in services paid for. I am requesting a refund. the business cannot be located or contacted online anymore.

       The New Image Anti- Aging location in Williamsville, NY closed without any notification I arrived for my appointment on Thurdsay, Oct 19, 2023 finding a note on the door "MOVED", no forwarding address and phone disconnected. I have an outstanding balance for pre-paid (gift card) for services value $1000.00 **** ****** ************

    i went to go do the treatment but in the middle of my treatment before my treatments were done tgey permanently closed down and tgey havent given my money back

    Bought Prepaid promotional services for future use. Only had 2 facials done and still have the majority of the balance unused. I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12 years and did not expect this business to scam me liked this.

    I have paid 458 dollars for a service, it contains 9 sessions and i only received four. I have hundreds of dollars worth of services left . My appointment was coming up and I’m surprised to know the spa is permanently closed either no further notice and explanation, i want my money back this is unacceptable.
