    I prepaid for services at New Image Anti Aging and to my surprise the business is closed. I had an appointment scheduled a month ago but the company canceled indicating they were going under construction and would call me to reschedule. Turns out the company actually closed and now I’m out hundreds of dollars.

    On May 26 2023 I spent $598.02 for 6 treatments. I received 3 treatments before the facility closed. I’m due $299.01.

    I have $1000 worth of services with them yet somehow they just shut down and disappeared and there’s no working number to contact anyone.

    My daughter in law bought me a $50 gift card on September 1,2023 for my birthday. I had an appointment for the middle of October. Upon arriving I found they r mare all locked up with no forwarding address or info. I do have the managers cell phone number because she was opening another business down the street. The last time I saw her she said she was leaving the spa. Her name is Nadia, number is ###-###-####.

    I have two gift cards that total 250.00 to use at this facility. I spoke to them a month ago told them I wanted to make an appointment in December for a hydro facial. They said call in December to schedule my appt instead of when I had them on the phone. It seems to me they were already close. I have been a customer there for 19 years. One of the nurses I worked with nadiya claims she didn’t know anything but she was running the place how did she not know. Her place that she owns now is called Nadiya wellness **** ****** drive suite * Williamsville phone number ###-###-####. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

    I purchased gift cards for laser service for $500 that expires in May 2024. The company abruptly moved, without notice, no forwarding or way to redeem my services.

    I paid for 4 lazer treatments for the toenails. I had a treatment in October of 2023. I was scheduled back on November 1st for treatment 2 and the company doors were locked and no longer there. Phone busy no call to cancel the future appts.

    I have been going to New Image Anti-Aging Medi Spa for the past 6 months for laser hair removal. I still have several remaining sessions to use on my account that have already been paid for. However, when I showed up for a scheduled appointment today, 10/19/23, there was a sign posted on the door that said "Moved. Number out of service. No forwarding address." While I can only imagine the nefarious details of why this business just disappeared without notifying its customers, the business owners need to be held accountable and refund all their customers. I don't know how to find any business contacts now that they have just upped and left and hoping BBB may have some guidance on such occurrences.
