    impossible to get a hold of. Incompetent- I have requested an itemized paper statement for over a year now and they always say 'we'll get it out'; 'well look into it' etc but never do. you wont hear from them until they threaten to send your account to collections! Absolutely awful!!!!!!!!Avoid if you can!!!

    The lack 'source control' policies in their medical offices during a time of rampant airborne infectious disease, have led to high front office staff turnover and seeming cognitive impairment in many of those that remain. I saw my primary care physician only once. He dismissed my years long symptoms as psychiatric in nature, rather than run even a few routine tests, then passed me on to a PA. While my PA did her best, the continuously deteriorating conditions of the clinic itself could not prevent a low standard of care. As I said before, refusing to protect immunocompromised patients through consistent source control policy has resulted in poor quality care and an unsafe environment that has resulted in re-exposures and possible reinfections. I have moved on to another medical group after witnessing mistakes during a blood draw in their lab (failure to change a ripped glove, touching the area over the vein after swabbing with alcohol) because I do not need a bloodstream infection on top of everything else.
