      The owner of this business, Mr. O********, verbally berated me while towing my car. He told me I was a "[expletive] punk" and that he would call the cops immediately on us. I was afraid of being assaulted. Approached him asking if we could pay to get him to stop from towing my car. Upon reading more about him, he's been given preferential treatment by the city for years and has verbally abused many people before me. Seems as though he takes personal offense to people who have mistakenly parked in the wrong lots. Try to avoid this business.

      William “Bill” O’Connell was very rude and aggressive. He tries to tow my car away while I was literally 10 feet away about to grab lunch on a beautiful Sunday evening with my children. When I asked him politely what he was doing he verbally assaulted me. I pulled my phone out to record his behavior. Multiple people have him on camera calling me terrible names and humiliating me in front of my kids. He belittled me beyond belief, and even threatened my sister and I. He cussed me out and tried to run me over with his flat bed. I have all this recorded and when I tried to call and talk to “RIVERSIDE SIDE TOWING” the lady in the office was so rude and aggressive too she hung up on me. I called the cops and told them what happens and they were just as bad as him. I had to call my father that is a police to come and protect me from this demon. He shouldn’t be on the streets around people, he is a bully to females and very mean and aggressive. You can look him up and read about him. He needs to be stopped before he hurts someone with his anger. I’ll be taking this to the news and calling my attorney. He told me right in front of the cops he’ll find me and make me pay for wasting 60 minutes of his time. I’m scared because he threatened me and the cops did nothing. They even gave him a police escort out of the parking lot. Many people have been towed by this man for getting out and getting dinner. He literally waits in the truck until you get out and tows your vehicle away with no questions asked. It’s terrifying that he can do this and get away with it. Something needs to be done..this business needs to be shut down Immediately. I’m sure when I release this video to the news outlet and social media people will see for themselves the kind of man he is.
