    Awesome people to work with. Quick response time! They are more than willing to help get your vehicle up and running. Turn around time is fast and I’ve been happy with both vehicles I’ve had work done on!

    I have had my car taken into their shop 5 times within the last year regarding the same issue being my engine was overheating and my car was not drivable. The first time I took my car into the shop in feb 2024 I had to get a new engine cause my old engine was too overheated and could not function properly. Less than a year later the same issue happened in December where the engine overheated and they replaced the radiator.
    Now within the last month my car broke down on me on January 31st because the same lights and issues came up on my car from the previous times. So my car has been in their shop for the last 3 weeks and they have not been honest or transparent with their communication regarding when I will get my car back. When I call and ask about updates they will tell me what is wrong with the car and it will be ready the next day or in two days. Then that day comes around and they say that they will need extra time, they have done this 4-5 times within the last month. On top of that I am paying for a rental car throughout this process so I can get to work and back. I have had to extend my rental car agreement 4 different times because I was told by Continental that my car would be ready by a certain day which it obviously wasn’t. So I have had to spend a lot of money on my rental car just to get through each day. I have also been in the process of buying a new car which requires my old car as a trade in and they are stalling my car buying process by taking their sweet time fixing my car for the last 3 weeks.
    This company has not been transparent from the start and they do not communicate well or honestly throughout my time at this establishment. I don’t recommend sending your car here at all these guys are not professional and have wasted so much of my time and money.

    They are so terrible people take your money then tell you gon get a vehicle today I been 2 weeks 1000 dollars I don’t have to get back in fourth and I have a vehicle this is not bad for business they keep giving me a rub around

    Continental Transmission towed my car, assessed my problem, gave me a price quote and fixed my transmission within three days. It has been running well since then. I was thankful for the quick service.

    I originally took my car there to have the fluid checked because we noticed some issues that we suspected may be the transmission. It wasn't the fluid, but the actual transmission was failing.
    We agreed to have them complete the repairs. They picked the car up on Tuesday and I was told there was a possibility the work could be completed by the next day. It wasn't completed by the next day, which wasn't a problem. But each day after we were told it would be ready the next day, then the next, then the next.
    Then we were told the work was done but the person that does the reprogramming wasn't in and once it was reprogrammed it would be ready. Then we were told more codes were coming up after the reprogram. Then we were told a new part was faulty, which they said was "cheap" and they ordered the "correct" part and the car would be ready the next day.
    Then we were told the car would be done by the end of the next day. Then were told it would be ready the next morning, then we were told by the end of the day or the morning of the next day.
    10 days later an still no car.
    If I could give zero stars I would.
    This is the worst experience I have ever had with any repair shop. The first and last time I will ever use this shop and I will definitely never recommend it to anyone.

    I’ve had two different vehicles services with Continental Transmission- both times I was able to get in same day or next day and have work started right away. I really appreciate that because when I cross checked prices with my dealerships it would have cost more and taken weeks to get scheduled- which isn’t realistic for my family!
    Highly recommend them- they also have pick up and delivery options which were at no charge!

    I had to have alot of repairs done on my H3, I choose Continental, they truly are a one stop shop. They were friendly, attention to detail and efficient; all my repairs were done flawlessly and I had my car back in a few days. They are a great team of knowledgeable mechanics and I highly recommend them as I will be returning to them the next time I will need repairs.
