      I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the services provided by Tony’s Tree Service aka Tony’s Tree & Landscaping. What began as a simple contract to remove a tree and grind the stump has turned into a drawn-out and frustrating ordeal marked by poor communication and unfulfilled promises. The initial tree removal took place on September 4, 2024. However, due to the incomplete grinding of the stump, it required two return visits, with the final job not completed until November 21, 2024. This delay was just one of several early warning signals about the company’s reliability. Communication throughout this process has been extremely poor. Tony missed multiple scheduled appointments without any notice or explanation. As a result, I posted a negative review on Google. On October 22, 2024, Tony called and asked me to remove my negative ****** review. He said he would come back out to grind the surface roots and grind down at least 4 inches. He also offered in writing to provide topsoil and install it free of charge—a gesture I initially took in good faith. Unfortunately, this gesture proved to be empty. I made multiple attempts to follow up—on November 27, 2024, December 9, 2024 and again on May 21, 2025—to schedule the promised topsoil delivery. I received no response to the messages in 2024. When Tony finally did reply to my text message on May 21st, the tone of his text message was condescending and dismissive. He referenced recent rain as the issue, which is understandable, but I had only requested an appointment and indicated I was willing to reschedule if necessary due to weather. During that communication, I specifically asked that he respond to me by May 31, 2025, as I am attempting to prepare my yard for the season. As of Sunday, June 1, 2025, I have NOT received any further communication or resolution. I strongly advise anyone considering to work with Tony at Tony’s Trees to seek out a more professional and reliable service.

      Had Tony come out and asses the nightmare of a situation I had with 3 dead trees and multiple dead limbs. With little kids and being a fellow veteran he’s providing next day service and felt extremely happy with his knowledge and expertise! Thank you Tony for helping me keep a peace of mind with our future safety of our family!

      Im so impressed with the services provided, my yard has been completely transformed! Im older and the way theyve accommodated me has been spectacular, would absolutely recommend to other seniors looking to have a wonderful job done on their property!!

      Zero….. Terrible work Zero customer service 2 and a half months to complete work They make you pay up front then you have to wait to get work done….. Hide behind phone service TERRIBLE Prople…… Lucky not sued by me…… Hound you got money without finishing work… DO NOT USE !!!!! You have been Warned! I’m proceeding with Lawsuit so work gets Completed!

      Tony’s tree service removed trees, stumps and did a great job on landscaping . Very pleased with the service . Very professional and responsive . They go above and beyond . I would recommend to anyone needing tree or landscaping services . Had 10 trees removed from back yard , stumps removed. The job was done quickly and efficiently and took care to not cause damage to the property. The landscaping services are excellent and they have really transformed our yard . They have the best mulch around .

      Tony’s Tree Service took my money and didn’t do the work, although the office states that some work was done. Someone in the company marked the work as done and it wasn’t. I have been trying to resolve the issue for 3 months and Tony, the business owner still has not called me back. I’ve been back and forth with the office as well as leaving messages for Tony with no resolve. I can’t even get Tony to come back to my house to see that no work has been done. I do not recommend this business. They are very untrustworthy. I’m assuming that they have stolen my money and will not be back to do the work that they promised.

      Above and beyond service, professionalism and products. I’ve had trees cut down, stumps ground, gotten mulch and topsoil from Tony’s Trees and Landscaping and have been very impressed. The quality of the mulch is especially impressive and the crew dropping it off was above and beyond. One guy even knocked down a hornets nest for me that was noticed when they were here. Couldn’t recommend more strongly! A+

      They did a fantastic job. I got a quote from someone else that was 43.5% more expensive. The workers are skilled tree surgeons and their equipment is unmatched. They lived up to their slogan "We go out on a limb for you".
