On 1-14-23 we purchased a 2022 ***** ***** from Meyers at Pittsburgh RV show. At that time we purchased a 5 year extended warranty from them too. This warranty was to cover everything. Well it doesn't. We've requested they send us a prorated portion of that warranty back to us in August of 2024 when we spoke to the company they said we had to have dealership cancel it. So we spoke with Bob, service manager about canceling it at that time. He said for us to hold off because he would make it right. Fast forward to April of this year and nothings right. So I sent certified letters to Meyers RV in Mt Mortis and to Meyers RV in Apollo, PA because that is where the repairs were supposed to be taken care of. Our floor is still torn our refrigerator still doesn't work properly and the repair to our pantry was horrendous. They put white paneling in the cabinet that they tore out. The wood in cabinet is dark wood. So the repair they did make was unacceptable. All we want is our prorated portion of warranty back. I have pictures of cabinet repair and letters sent if you would like copies. Your system won't let me upload the restore the documents. On page of our agreement it states in paragraph c we will refund the prorated agreement price based on days remaining in force under the agreement less a fee of fifty dollarsInitial Complaint

On 3/1/2025 My husband and I went to a camper show. We purchased an RV from Myers RV we wanted to camper on the floor but were sold a camper that hadn't even come to their lot yet. When the camper arrived they wanted our trade in immediately. We brought in our trade the same day we expected to pickup our new 2025 ****** camper. However the registration I was going to transfer over the company went ahead and purchased a new registration for the camper without letting me know. I spoke to the finance department and they agreed to write me a check for the amount of the registration I had already paid for my old camper.
Upon looking at the 2025 camper that was ordered it came from the manufacture looking like a toddler had been given a calk gun. The awning arm also didn't work properly to support the weight of the awning. We said we weren't taking the camper until it was fixed this was on 4/9/25. On 4/23/25 I called to check the status of the repair. I was told that the awning arm was just ordered on 4/21/25. I hung up and the following week called back to speak to a manager stating we weren't satisfied with the service at all and I no longer wanted to new camper. All he offered me was a $500.00 check. We get a call the next week to come pickup the camper it is fixed. My husband checked the awning before leaving - same issue. I am waiting on a call back from the GMInitial Complaint

1. Trade-In Bait-and-Switch
I was originally quoted $8,500 for my trade-in (a 2016 ******** ****** ******) based on an online appraisal I completed in good faith. After driving over two hours and signing paperwork, the dealership claimed they could “only get $4,000 at auction” and dropped the value to $4,500.
Upon reviewing public ****** reviews, I found this exact tactic used on multiple other customers—with the same phrasing. Customers are quoted high trade values, only for them to be reduced significantly once the buyer is on-site and committed. This appears to be a systemic dealership tactic, not an isolated case.

2. Failure to Deliver Promised Prep
I paid $1,900 for a “prep” package that included:
• Full roof and sealant inspection
• Slide and plumbing system testing
• Battery install, propane fill & LP drop test
• Final cleaning and walkthrough with tech
• PA State inspection
• Delivery and Equal-i-zer hitch install (2.5” drop shank)
Within days of delivery, I discovered:
• Active leaking skylight, dripping into the bathroom
• Puddling on the floor near the slide-out
• Thermal imaging confirming moisture in framing and corners
• Cracked sealant around the skylight, appearing hastily patched—suggesting the issue may have been known and concealed
When I requested the signed prep checklist, I was told it could not be printed from their system, which is unacceptable for a paid service of this scale. Despite asking multiple times, I was never given any completed documentation showing that this work was performed.

3. Sales Pressure and Misdirection
Throughout the sales process, I experienced aggressive tactics and shifting terms:
• Verbal promises about what was included in the prep and trade value were not honored in writing
• I was told a 2.5” hitch shank would be provided, but they attempted to use a reducer instead and upcharged for the correct partInitial Complaint

My Wife and I went to the Harrisburg RV show. There we put in paperwork to buy an rv, trading our current one in, with the notion we would be using a family members truck to pick up the unit due to its weight. Unfortunately that changed in a matter of a 24 hour due to unexpected events and when we called to apologize and have the bank loan application pulled they told us there was nothing they could do and everything was sent in. We have not and are not taking delivery of the pending trailer so the deal is not done. I call the bank this morning as it would have been through the same lender and they assured me that the only loan they show is my current trailer and to just have the dealership pull the application and there would be no issue. Now the dealership team is not answering my calls. I call the office once and left a message and I also call one of the finance people that was at the show who's work cell number I have twice and left two voice mails detailing what the bank stated. I also sent him at text detailing what they said and that I had previously call him twice. I feel they are stonewalling waiting to get the bank loan though to screw me over. Until this lack of interaction this morning I was planning on possible using them for a smaller unit that would better suit us but not anymore.Initial Complaint

On August 3, 2024, we paid $1000 down on a new 2023 ******* **** camper. The camper was, at that point, located in Pittsburgh, PA, and the salesman, Kevin L***, assured us that the $1000 would be refunded when we saw the camper, if, for any reason, we didn't want it.
August 20, 2024 -- Meyers RV in Clifton Park notified us that the camper was ready for our inspection. As we looked over the camper, the Meyer's person told us to make a list of things we found that needed attention.
We found
1) the slide-out halfway out,
2) the inside trim over the slide-out hanging loose,
3) a loose gasket on the interior of the slide-out,
4) a rear window valance hanging off its bracket,
5) the slide-out window screens were loose,
6) the slide-out would not operate at all, and
7) there was no sewer hose.
We were told there was no reason to repair any of these things before the unit was purchased, even though we were told that the unit was "ready" for our Demo.
In spite of our misgivings, we proceeded with the purchase, paying them a total of $106,397.89, understanding that all items would be fixed and the camper put in "NEW" condition. [Part of the total was a paint protection contract ($2223) and a vehicle service agreement ($4817) ]
We paid for RV insurance with our own agent, starting on 9/3/24. Total for 12 months, $898.00
The repair of the slide-out would take 4-6 weeks, therefore, no camping this fall.
Our next appointment for a Demo was on October 31. This time we found
1) the slide would not go in or out
2) a non-working, very noisy AC unit
3) the spare tire was missing
4) the **** cover had water damage and needed to be replaced
5) a closet handle hanging by one screw
6) inaccessible tire valve stems
In total dismay, we told the Greg, the sales tech, that we wanted to get out of this purchase. They tried, TWICE, to resolve these issues and not only were they not resolved, we found More Things Wrong.

Extremely disappointed!!! We bought RV 3 months ago, the ‘’***** ********’’ and the registration is not completed. Our registration is now expired and guess what, we called Meyers RV to figure out what is going on after 90 days!!!!
I spoke to the title clerk, Carrie M*****, and she said there is not much she can do because the issue was out of her hands and she currently have 7 titles that needed registration under ***** ******** that the PAA- pennsylvania auto association did not complete yet. We were given a name Don B***** to call and see whats going on with the title and he mentioned, this new series was supposed to be license in PA months ago when they got the new unit before they even sell it!!!!! Now he told us it takes a long time.. maybe another 6months to get it licensed. Are you serious right now????
So basically, they are selling this new RV without getting coded and licensed in PA! Now all these people who bought the same ***** ******** We are all stuck waiting for our vehicle registration and God knows when its going to be done?
3 Things!!!! They should not be selling this camper until someone fix the issue!
Second, we paid you to get it registered now this title clerk Carrie M***** told me she can send it off to PAA and get it off her hands and now its my problem to figure it out??? Are you serious ????
Lastly, I called the manager, Rick in Harrisburg location and it sounds like they will continue to sell this RV!!!!!!
Someone has to do something for all these 7 units and 7 families who’s waiting for their registration papers!!!!!
And STOP selling this RV if you cant fix it!!!!
BAD BUSINESS and EXTREMELY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!Initial Complaint

We bought an RV in August. We took it on one trip in the middle of August to New Hampshire about a three hour trip from us on the way the Motorhome had an awful odor. They’ve had it ever since and haven’t done anything with it. It’s just still sitting there. You can’t get anybody to answer or call you back. When we first bought it there was a list of things that needed to be fixed on it when we went back three weeks later nothing had been completed. Before we bought it the sales person contacted us multiple times daily and now you can’t get in touch with anyone to help you. We were told the RV was going to be taken to an independent place that checks everything to make sure it’s working fine. Everything was not working fine and the black tank water was half full. This company will lie to you if you can get them to answer and tell you they are going to fix it or take it to a **** dealership, but they have done none of the above.
