    On 7/16/2024 I leased a vehicle from this business. After the papers were signed I was told that the second set of keys for the vehicle did not come from the dealership in Webster where they got the car. They would get them and call me. On 7/22, I call the salesman and asked about the second key. I was told they still didn't have it and were ordering another one that should arrive in a couple of days. 7/26 I called the dealership twice, once in the morning & once in the afternoon. I had to leave a voicemail both times. With no response, I emailed the dealership with my problem. I received a call from their customer service late that day. When she tried to transfer the call to Sales, they had left for the day. She must have gotten in touch with my salesman because I received a message from him that he would call me the next day as soon as he got in the office. 7/27 I waited until 12:30 and phoned my salesman directly. No answer but shortly after received a text that he was finishing up with a customer and would call me. No return call and now it has been 2 weeks into this lease without a second key that MUST be turned in when the lease is up. I feel like they got their sale and they've moved on but this was part of the lease agreement.

    When I bought my car from Vision I was promised three free oil changes. I've recieved two. I called to set up my third and they told me they will not do it because they no longer are doing free oil changes. It was part of the reason I bought the car from them. Because they added three free oil changes into the agreement. Now they are not living up to their end and want me to pay over $70 or the third oil change.

We are slowing going through some changes from the past ownership but still want to make our customers our top priority.
