  Sales team is horrible. Go anywhere else and thank me later

  ***** ******* was servicing his vehicle with Vision Nissan Canandaigua and was not pleased that he needed $3400 worth of work after already spending $4000 at ********. ***** wanted to look into trading the vehicle so the service department transferred him to the sales department. Matt, a salesperson for Vision Nissan Canandaigua, reached out to ***** and initiated contact but ***** stated that he was not available for a conversation at the time. Matt attempted contact an additional 3 times after that but was unsuccessful in reaching *****. Ed, the dealership's Sales Manager, called ***** and was able to reach him on the second attempt. During the conversation, ***** unfortunately did not give a clear indication of what vehicle he was interested in and had limited time to speak with Ed that day as he was traveling. Ed as well as other team members attempted to call back ***** the following day to get specific details on what vehicle he was most interested in obtaining but were unsuccessful in making contact. On April 1st, ***** arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the General Manager Iric and welcomed into his office to discuss the situation. Unfortunately, ***** was not cooperative during the interaction and did not want to discuss his vehicle interests but instead spoke ill of the staff at Vision Nissan Canandaigua. Vision Nissan Canandaigua is a very professional organization and will do anything and everything to provide exceptional customer service to everyone that visits the dealership.
