    I placed my Order #******* in the amount of $164.13 CAD or $120.75USD on September 13, 2024. The order was for a backordered **** Artificial Bird Of Paradise Potted Plant in the size: 3ft.
    The original fulfillment date at the time of placing the order was November. Upon checking it over the course of 4 months the estimated fulfillment date kept getting postponed.
    On January 6, 2025 I requested my order to be cancelled for refund through email.
    I received a response the next day and was offered a different product and declined. I was told that an email confirming my order cancellation and refund would arrive within 7-10 business days. I never received the order cancellation, the refund, or further follow up since then.
    I have tried calling, the line is always busy. I have left voicemails and never receive callbacks.
    I have sent emails asking for follow up and they are never returned.
    The instant chat function on the website states all reps are busy for hours at a time. Occasionally there will be a response hours later when I am not even on the website anymore, asking for the same info I already provided. If I try to reply to this response, I receive nothing and get an automated message a few minutes later stating the chat communication has ended. On February 19th I finally got a longer response stating this would be looked into, but again I have received no further follow up since then.
    This has been going on for days and I am starting to suspect this business is running a scam.
    I would sincerely appreciate any intervention that can be done and hopefully even prevent others from falling into the same thing. Looking this website up online shows others have fallen victim in a similar way.
    I used ****** which is a buy now pay later service and they have a limit of 60 days to report order issues. They have no protection in place for preorders/backorders, which may go past the 60 day limit

    I ordered a rug back in November from this company. It was only supposed to take four weeks. When the four weeks was up, I never received my rug, so I sent an email and they told me it was going to take another four week. This went on for over three months. Then they canceled my order. I have yet to receive a refund. And they keep giving me the runaround. They don’t get back to me for weeks when I email them. All I want is my money back. Can you please help me.

    I ordered two rugs from this company. I ordered them on July 2nd. Cost was $954.38 CAD.

    On July 27th I recieved one of the two rugs. It was not the same material, shape or quality as described on the website. While I began conversation with the customer service regarding this rug, it was agreed that the second rug would not be sent.

    Finally a resolution was agreed on at the end of August, and the rug was shipped back to Montreal as instructed.

    Once I sent it I never heard back from the company. By then I could not issue a claim with the credit card company. I have emailed and called multiple times and they have completely ignored me.

    I ordered an arrangement from Artiplanto (order *******). When it arrived on December 11, the pot had a discolored area and a cut. I emailed customer service a picture showing the damage and requesting a replacement on December 24. Customer Service wrote me back, saying I could buy another one at a discount; or request a replacement. I requested a replacement and customer service stopped responding to me, even though I emailed two more times. I then called customer service and was instructed to leave a detailed voicemail. I did this, again requesting a replacement, and I never got a response.

    - On March 16, 2024, I purchased a green and white checkered rug from Artiplanto (the "Company") for CAD$536.06.
    - On March 22, 2024, I received a delivery from the Company for the wrong rug; the delivered rug was a grey and white checkered rug, instead of the green and white checkered rug I had ordered.
    - Following a series of exchanges between myself and the Company between March and August 2024, it was ultimately determined that there was a colour defect with the green and white checkered rug the Company was selling. I returned the defective rug to the Company and, after confirming receipt of the returned rug, they promised me a full refund.
    - On August 13, 2024, the Company confirmed that my order was cancelled and my refund would be sent within 7-10 business days.
    - I did not receive the refund within the promised window and have still not received the refund, despite following up with the Company multiple times since August. The Company has not responded to any of my e-mails since August 13, 2024, despite continuing to market their products online.
    - After reading reviews of the Company online from other customers, I've learned that I'm unfortunately not the only customer experiencing this issue - They have done this to many others.
    - I am looking for the Company to honour the full refund.

    They never delivered an item that I paid for back in September 2024! At first they said it was back ordered until November 15, 2024. Then when that date passed they said it would ship out early 2025. At that point I said I’m no longer waiting and please give me a refund. Megan (the employee I have email threads with) originally said ok and I would get an email confirmation about my refund and then credit to my credit card in 7-10 days- neither of those happened. I have attempted to call numerous times- it always goes to voicemail. I have sent repeated emails asking about my refund and they no longer reply to them. They continue to send marketing emails to me. Worst company I have ever dealt with! No wonder BBB gave them an “F” rating!

    I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with Artiplanto's product quality and customer service. Despite proper care, the rug I purchased from them faded drastically within just two months of ownership.


    My attempts to contact the company have been met with complete disregard. Emails, phone calls, and messages through their website's customer chat have gone unanswered. I also tried reaching out on social media, only to have my messages deleted. I've noticed that this is a common practice for Artiplanto, as they seem to delete customer comments and block users who express similar complaints.


    After being blocked on their social media platforms, I finally received a response to my email. However, communication has since ceased, leaving my issue unresolved.


    I am seeking a replacement for the rug, as the quality I received is unacceptable. I hope that Artiplanto will take responsibility for their product's defects and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Our return policies are clearly stated at the time of purchase, and we are unable to process claims for items outside the specified period.If the rug began to fade within two months of use, we regret that you did not reach out to us earlier, as we could have assessed the situation at that time.As for your comments on social media, we encourage constructive communication. However, repetitive spamming across multiple posts can hinder our ability to assist other customers effectively, which is why accounts engaging in such behavior may be restricted.

    I received my order from Artiplanto on 7/1/24. It was the incorrect rug so I reached out to customer service. They initially offered an exchange, but I opted for a full return/refund. They provided the return slip for me on 7/8/24. Fedex successfully delivered the rug back to Artiplanto on 7/18/24 at 10:27 AM and was signed for by "********."

    Following this, I heard nothing from the company about the processing of my refund. I reached out to them on 7/31/24 about the refund and got no response. I followed up with them on 8/5/24, and Megan on their support team told me I would receive a confirmation of refund email within 7-10 business days. on 8/21/24, I still had not received anything and reached out to them about it. Still with no response, I reached out again on 8/23/24. I am confident that they are receiving my emails because I every time I send an email to them, I receive an automated response from their support team asking me to rate the support I received, which I always complete and mark as "issue not resolved."

    On 8/26/24, I called their customer support phone number listed on their website (###-###-####), and left a voicemail with the issue, my name, phone number, and email. I still have not received any response from them. On 8/26/24, I also commented on several of their social media posts on ******** stating the issue to get their attention, and they have not acknowledge it.

    I won a giveaway from Artiplanto on ********* as a promotion for their business in April 2024, and as of this date, I still have not been awarded my prize. *************** on ********* promoted this item for Artiplanto, and I’ve been in contact with *************** (her name is Prity), who has made several attempts to contact Artiplanto and no response has been received from them. I have reached out to Artiplanto numerous times via email, direct messages, chat, and phone calls to make arrangements to receive my item, and they never respond to any of my calls, emails, or messages. I’m looking for the BBB to assist me with resolving this matter. I have pictures of my giveaway winnings, and attempts in contacting Artiplanto.
