    I’ve made 2 online purchases from Artiplanto. First one went without a hitch. Bought the olive tree. It’s awesome, looks great and have had lots of compliments. Recently made a second purchase for an entryway faux plant. Once it arrived it was very fake looking. Purchased it on sale. I requested a return and refund and was told they won’t refund on sale items - exchange only. I expressed my displeasure and was basically told to get bent. I asked how an item that was still currently being stock, and not discontinued, be exempt from a return. Asked to have a “supervisor” (or whatever ) CC’d in the email thread. They completely ghosted me. Won’t return my emails. I’ve called and left voicemails, won’t return my calls. I’m out ~$200 for a plant I’ll never use. Wicked deadly. Will never purchase from them again and they’ve lost a returning customer. I’m not an entrepreneur but seems like the best way to never grow your business or get it to the next level. Anyways…. My suggestion is don’t risk it out. They’ll ghost ya if you don’t like it.
