      On April 19, 2024 we paid Jon Heinrich to stain our deck and fence. As of July 21, 2024 the work has not been completed. We have made numerous phone calls and sent text messages to Jon. He did not always answer the calls or respond to the messages. Each time he did respond, he assured us he would complete the work the next week. We gave him a deadline of July 21 to do the work or refund our payment. He had done similar work for us 3 previous years and we were very satisfied with the results. Unfortunately this year he has our money, but did not fulfill his commitment.

      One of the worst service we ever used. They were supposed to come here for a second coat for our deck, we tried to contact them for 2 full months and initially they said they would come here mid September, and now they're just ignoring our calls and texts. I'm honestly speechless by the unprofessional behavior these people have shown. When they did the first coat, we were actually disappointed because it didn't look good. The guy proposed to do the second coat for free and we actually said no, because good or not, they're providing a service so we'll pay them anyway. We've been extremely kind and this is how we get treated? So unprofessional.

      StainPro does awesome work. Jon was abke to make our old deck look like a new one. A solid power wash and stain and you cant tell the deck is 20 yrs old. Definitely recommend StainPro and very good prices as well!
