      Hired these people to move furniture and bins from my elderly parent's home. The space for them to park truck was small but certainly accessible. In fact, they were told which way to pull in and where to park. They completely tore up the yard with massive ruts, broke the pavement in several locations, and also damaged the gutters with their vehicle. Took several pictures and sent them to ask for repairs to be made so house could be placed on the market. Their response was to not respond and say they had time to do so under NY law. After that time was up, they refused to do anything to remedy their clear negligence and instead said "Go ahead and do what you need to do." Unbelievably unprofessional. If I could attach pictures of the damage they did you would be astounded. Nicole was the contact person although I use that term loosely as there was no real contact. She was useless and deceitful. That should be the company name.

      This is the most bogus and unprofessional company I have ever delt with in my life.
      the reviews that they buy are very positive and DECEIVING.
      I paid for moving and storage and stored for about 6 weeks. upon arrival to my house I found that ALMOST ALL of my belongings were completely ruined when a flood happened in their facility. MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE that they knew about WEEKS PRIOR!! yet failed to disclose and information to me when the flood happened. alot of my things were still wet upon opening my suitcases and trunks.
      at the time they seemed apologetic and willing to rectify the situation and compensate me for the loss; however here I am 4 months later with nothing to show.
      The told me to file " claim" with them that could take up to 120 days.I did my due diligence by documenting everything, taking and sending photos and descriptions of items and explaining the full exent of the damage and was met with nothing. I called and called with no answers now, emailed many times to no avail. I even showed up to the facility to get some answers and they were conveniently "closed" on a normal business day during their regular hours.....now I am left with many hundreds of dollars in damaged items! my bed being one of them! they have literally left me with no where to lay my head. many of my clothes, shoes, purses, pictures all ruined nd they refuse to take accountability. do not do business with these people. they put on a friendly front but are very shiesty and mischievous.

      Absolutely do not hire this company. They are totally unprofessional. They did not show up on the Saturday we had scheduled the move for, and when they finally did appear Sunday afternoon, a team of two, rather than three movers showed up. The movers took several smoke and phone breaks. When they finally got to our new place, they demanded cash payment before unloading our belongings despite the fact that our agreement specified that we could pay with cash or a card. The owner, Jeff Schmalenberg, called my wife a "crazy *****" for having the gall to ask if she could pay with a debit card. The movers then lied to us and said they were taking a break but instead drove off around 5:30 pm that evening with all of our belongings on the truck. They shut off their phones and the company refused to answer our calls until the next day. When I finally spoke to Jeff on Monday, he threatened us, saying that he had more important things to worry about than if we ever saw our stuff again (an odd thing for the owner of a moving company to say).
      I've never dealt with a more unprofessional operation in my life, and I doubt I ever will. Stay away.
