Pre-ordered the MAGFAST chargers and made all of my payments thru May 2022 - it is now September and I still don't have what I paid for. I have contacted them and got the run around that the color I ordered was not ready yet. I want my money back, as I have not received what I have paid for.Business Response

2020, they had manufacturing issues, they kept saying had blah blah blah. Here's my concern they borrow your money and then keep pushing back each year. In 2021 they pushed back to 2022. In 2022 they are now pushing back to 2023. They offer refunds to make you go away and don't account for your frustration with waiting for their solution. While their solution may be the best since sliced bread, they OWE me interest on top of my initial investment. I expect an 8% in addition to my refund, or I will file complaints with government agencies for fraud. To refund if someone complains is not customer service; to indicate we are friends and blow off your initial promise of a product for a price. I've done start-*** before they; they don't know each year push back another year. You are using customers as a bank and keep presenting to future customers a promise you can't deliver on, and when you want them to go away, you refund them but adequately compensate them. This seeming is a Ponzi scheme, and yes, Ponzi schemes have trademarks and email communication regularly to keep new customers flowing in cash. I am outraged that ***** disregards his customers and placates them by refunding complaints. The US postal service and ************************** must be notified if this continues. WHAT DO I WANT? I WANT WHAT WAS PROMISED BY THE PRODUCT, NOT NEXT YEAR ASAP!.Business Response

I have been following this company for about 5 years now. I placed an order for multiple (3-4) kits each to include five different power devices (at least ***** devices) . To date I have received one unit of two devices for a total of two devices.In April of 2018, a loan program was instituted by Magfast whereby loans of particular amounts were eligible to be repaid at a premium after three years. I believe this program was instituted in bad faith with no intent to repay . I have attempted to contact senior management for the past two months and have only received low level canned messages from the 'help' desk.At this point, a refund for the undelivered kits as well as loan principal would be an acceptable resolution. Including the promised loan interest would be the right thing to do too.Business Response

On 11/25/20 I purchased the Family Pro Kit, Time for Apple Watch, and extended warranty for $636. I've tried reaching out to them about a refund and no one will get back with me regarding it. All the website and internet info available tells us we have to wait to receive our items and then they can be returned for a full refund. I received an email last week informing me I was in batch 22, which won't ship until April of 2023. I'm not waiting that long to receive and return the item to get my money back. They were nebulous at best about when we'd be getting our purchases, and having done business with other crowd-funded operations this is completely unreasonable to expect me to wait almost 2.5 yrs to receive my purchase. They send out updates that don't really tell investors anything relevant to our purchases or shipping, just 'exciting news'. I have been MORE than patient, but my patience has run out. I want my money back, and this clown needs to be shut down and thrown in jail for fraud, if you ask me. Based on the comments of other investors (who didn't wait nearly as long as me) who've posted to your website, they feel the same way. I have attached the invoice/receipt with all the pertinent info, as well as their batch shipping schedule. Please let me know if there's anything additional or more specific you require from me. I paid for their deluxe package over THREE YEARS AGO and have not heard a peep from them. I am convinced that this company is involved in an illegal scam whereby they take the money from investors and then never ship product. In other words, a Ponzy Scheme. I'm fed up and disgusted with their behavior and I demand that they ship product IMMEDIATELY. If they do not have product to ship, as I suspect, I demand a full refund AND an apology for lying to their customers for YEARS.Business Response
