    I pre-ordered (not invested in) a Family Pro Kit on 7/2/2021, order #***** ******* **. I never received my items. Now they no longer even offer these items and have no intention of producing them. They have changed their entire line of products, which don't exist yet, and are refusing my refund request on my original order. They say they are offering vouchers worth twice my original order cost. However, I can only use these vouchers for half the cost of their new, non-existant products. This means I would have to pay more money to these people in the hopes of ever receiving a product, and now they are calling money paid into them an "investment." At this point, this "company" is an absolute scam, and I hope anyone reading this runs right away from this "investment opportunity."

We agree this was an unacceptable preorder experience and sincerely apologize for the delays in getting your products to you We really wanted to make this work for you and for everyone, but, of course, we understand.Our product range is remarkable and highly rated. The challenge was with early manufacturing and with the setbacks created by the global pandemic. As we related in our previous correspondence, MAGFAST went through some extreme challenges with our early charger Pro Kit line that took us within very close proximity to complete closure - And if that had happened, no one would be getting anything. However thats a far cry from any intentional nefariousness. We were able to narrowly avoid a shutdown, but only with a stringent restructuring plan. The reason we try so hard to encourage our supporters to stick with us and avoid refunds, and why this matters so much, is that every refund has a negative and wide ranging impact on our small startup at such a critical juncture. We were trying our very best to remedy things without risking the future of the company and were simply asking for your help to keep the doors open and look out for the common good if at all possible. We have shipped tens of thousands of our products to happy customers. We sorry we were unable to produce your products before our restructuring went into effect. It looks like a customer care team member has been in touch with you and worked out a resolution.     A customer care *** was in contact with me. I had to request my refund at least 5 times. The *** didn't outright refuse the refund but would not consent to process it. I finally advised her that I had posted a review on the BBB and made a ***ort to the *** for violation of the 30-day rule, with the very next email after that being approval of my refund. It's one thing to try to claim "common good", but when the owner is posting regular updates on how many millions their "investors" have "invested" since the restructure, yet they are requiring those of us who paid in years ago to pay out more? That's not common good. Magfast got themselves into this situation, and to put the blame on consumers who want to back out is ******** at its finest.

    Refunds and changes to accounts were put on hold during a short period while we were working on our plan forward. And, of course, we try to encourage our supporters to stick with us and avoid refunds, since every refund has a negative and wide ranging impact on our small startup at such a critical juncture. We were simply asking this customer for help to keep the doors open and look out for the collective good if at all possible. We understand, however, that not everyone is able or willing to stay on board.Thankfully most of our supporters have stuck with us and continue to support MAGFAST while we move on to a new and exciting family of Next Generation of products.     ****! Really zero stars would be a better choice ! I, like many others feel its a big scam ! I believe there are no products just pictures. finally a ? And the vouchers they sent me couldnt even be used after I tried to get some! Very disappointed to say the least.

    I purchased what this company advertised as "State of the Art" ******** system for all my devices on 9/21/2022. The offer was to deliver the items in 2023 but no actual date was delivered. Magfast claims a Batch Release Order but never actually follows through on anything.I have made numerous e-mails to this company only to receive several different messages but no resolution.Magfast is now telling me they will issue vouchers double to my original investment of $ ****** but I must spend double on other Magfast products to redeem the vouchers. This is not acceptable.After searching Magfast online this appears to be a very crafty Scam Operation and many people are or have fallen for their scheme. I cannot find anyone claiming they have received any "State of the Art" charging products.Magfast is a ************ and is lying to customers.I want my money returned.

    I have held on waiting for shipments of products, but this has gone on for too long. Now this company has taken the money sent and converted into points for use in buying cables. I want the chargers I paid for.SCAM!! Ponzi scheme!

    These guys are a total scam. I placed an initial order in 2022 but never received it except for an overpriced cable and then got a notice saying well we can't get your products but here are vouchers that cannot be used for 100% of your order and you have to dump more money if you want any products. I have reached out multiple times for a refund and get a canned email that we are so busy and cannot respond right away but then they never respond. I even invested Money stupidly as it seemed like a good company but it is just a scam. I get investing comes with risks and rewards, should have just flushed my hard-working cash down the toilet. ***** promises no products shipped or being shipped and still out there telling the same lies. Please people DO NOT Invest in this scam or purchase any of their never shipping products. Lessons learned. I would give these people negative 5 stars. They remove any negative reviews so it it shows them as this great company. The 5 star reviews are probably all fabricated by them. I have been in the power supply industry my entire life and let me tell you that it is not that hard to get products to the marketplace and the technology that seemed great is pretty standard today. Once again steer far far away from this scam of a so called company. They should be ashamed of themselves and their terrible business practices.Oh BTW still waiting on a response from my refund request. You bring these complaints and negative reviews on your self with your terrible non responsive communication.

    You scammed everyone. All I can say is you better be glad I dont live near you. If any one gives you another cent its on them. I waited 4 years for my preorders and invested in your company so to say Im mad is an understatement. Again be happy I live many miles from you because if I didnt you would seymor of my foot.

    1 star is to much! I ordered at the very beginning and have fallowed this company from the start! I never received anything and now see that evething from the beginning is discontinued and after all the runaround for all the years. They say I have no oder! This is ridiculous. I Feel so sorry for the people that has lost so much more then me!

    Hi ****, I don't see that you have a paid order with MAGFAST, nor do I see that you've reached out to us directly with your concerns. I see that you signed up for a free bonus product after coming to one of our events. The free offer was for 1 product per household, however I see that you attempted to claim 2 additional bonus products. The MAGFAST chargers were part of a pre-order startup campaign. We were very open that there would be a wait for the products, however due to unforeseen challenges we were unable to complete this project. We agree this was an unacceptable preorder experience, however that now in the past. Our product range is remarkable and highly rated - the challenge was with early manufacturing. This has changed. MAGFAST no longer accepts preorders and all orders are now shipped from stock. Any customer whose preorder was not completely fulfilled is receiving MAGBucks voucher credits for double the full retail value of their unshipped products. Your voucher is listed in your new ******* account. Please reach out to our customer care team for assistance with your account if you are having trouble accessing it.     Like most of the other reviewers, I made a sizable order 5+ years ago worth hundreds of dollars.. And I'm calling BS on the companys claim that they made clear the products offered were crowd sourcedthis rationalization stretches credulity and adds insult to injury. ******* and his team are nothing more than shameless hucksters, and their unabashed hubris is nothing less than breathtaking. If I were in their shoes I would have trouble sleeping at night. Shame on you. The fact that ************** still appear in countless performances speaks to their complete lack of integrity. Be forewarned: you CANNOT TRUST THIS COMPANY or its representatives. Do not fall for their scam like I did.

    Hi ***, We see that you placed a small pre-order in the amount of $169 on 5/6/2020. The MAGFAST chargers were part of a pre-order start-up project. Before allowing anyone to place a pre-order for our chargers, we required that they come to an online webinar which explained what we were doing and reiterated over and over that the products were in development and not ready to ship. That information would also have been on the order page, the checkout page and in your customer account as well. Weve always been upfront about the possibility that this would be a long process. Crowdfunding as a small startup company comes with many challenges and, yes, often times, delays. MAGFAST no longer accepts preorders and all orders are now shipped from stock. During a recent livestream attended by thousands of our customers our CEO personally took full responsibility and outlined major changes. Any customer whose preorder was not completely fulfilled is receiving voucher credits for double the full retail value of their unshipped products. As we restructure and make these difficult changes, we respectfully ask for patience as our small team works to give all of our customers the experience you deserve.     This company is a scam, incompetent, or both, unfortunately.Apparently they're hosting another over-long live (okay, pre-recorded) view-unveiling to part suckers from their money.And, of course, they sent out the email EXPOSING OUR EMAIL ADDRESSES in cc:. What kind of company does this in 2024?
