      Order placed on 3/11/2025 Business website says they ship within 24 hours, then says to allow for 3-5 days processing. Have sent several email and ******** messages without a response as to the status of the order. website shows these still in stock, website still appears to be taking new orders despite being unable to fulfill their existing orders.

      It has been over 2 weeks since I placed an order with no updates and no communication with 2 ignored emails. The website states that orders ship at a max of 5 days and specifies that extra staff are brought on to deal with busy periods. The website also claims that the email is monitored multiple times a day, with two unanswered emails this cannot be true. The website also claims that there is a live chat feature but it is not present on either the mobile or desktop websites. The money for my order has been taken out of my account but i not only have no received it, I cannot get in touch with anybody about it. All in complete contradiction to the timelines laid out on their website. There is evidence online from other customers that this has been an ongoing issues for over a year and no updates have been made to their website regarding the misleading and incorrect information stated on their website. The website also states that they have the fastest turn around times but I’ve order from multiple seed companies this year, both at the same time and after dollar seed, and have received all of those but not even an update or email response from dollar seed.

      On 2/27/25, I ordered seeds from dollarseed.com. I paid $64.50 through my debit account. I have not received my order and have not received a response from the inquiries I made through email and facebook messaging. The website advertises fast delivery and they check email multiple times a day.

      The website sells seeds, they’re taking people’s money and not sending them the product unless we dispute the charges with our banks. This is a common problem with this company according to their Facebook reviews

      Non-delivery of merchandise purchased. Tracking never moves. Multiple people seem to have been having problem in recent years.

      I ordered garden seeds from this retailer on February 10th, 2025. On their website it states they ship orders in 24 hrs after ordering, or could take 3 to 5 day to ship out. Today is February 27th, 2025 and my order is still listed as "Order received. Processing", and they have indeed taken their payment already. I've emailed twice with no reply, and they don't have a live chat option to contact them like their website states.

      I placed an order with them that has not been fufillled or shipped. And when I reached out to them on multiple occasions my emails have gone unanswered.

      On February 3rd i ordered 9 packets of seeds for $9.00 plus an additional $3.50 for shipping and handling, a total of $12.50. Since then the link I received to "track" my order has not been updated. On February 19th I emailed the email listed in the websites contact page, ********************, but I have not heard back. I would like a refund or the seeds I ordered

      I placed an order on 1/30/2025. I have check the website several times for an order update as they boast fast shipping on their website. When I was no update I emailed the customer mail on file. I have since sent two more emails each with no reply, the 3rd and most recent email is to the CEO of the company and I have had no update or response still. If I’m not going to get my order within the next few days I need to cancel as I ordered a bunch of seeds and the longer I wait the less likely it will be for me to have a productive crop.

      She placed an order that had to be filled by hand on January 30th. She filed the complaint on February 8th. It was delivered on February 18th. We have no control on how long it takes the USPS to make deliveries.  We all know they are slow. And a major waste of money.  The order was shipped on the 9th.  We're not ****** selling products already packaged and can ship over night.  They don't do that with ***** customers. January, being our busiest month of the year, where we get hundreds of orders daily, I think we did pretty good.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory however I strongly advise the company to consider removing their boast of fast shipping or to post where it is easily read that all orders are hand packed so the customer has an idea of what to expect. The company should also not boast a quick response to  emails when they in fact do not respond to the emails sent at all until a complaint is filed.
