      I placed an order on 8/7/24 for over 30 seed packets. Order #*****. They advertise on their website, "Fastest Turnaround Times Always", yet my order is still showing "Order Received" and hasn't even gotten to "Processing" yet, a week later. No replies on social media, messenger, or through email. The money cleared my bank account on 8/9/24. No communication with the customer is bad business practice. Not providing the customer with the goods they paid for is illegal business practices. It's called theft.

      I received my products, today! Thank you! Hopefully the owner will be encouraged to communicate more effectively with his customers. Too many people are commenting on the ** page that they are not receiving their products and can't get anyone to communicate with them. I've encouraged them to make complaints through y'all to hopefully get their problems resolved.

      I placed an order for garden seeds on 7/31 and haven't received my order. I have tried to contact the company twice by email however I haven't received a response. I would like a refund if they aren't going to complete my order.

      The company charged my credit card but did not deliver my order (garden seeds). They do not respond to emails, ******** or Live chat as described on their web site.
