    I ordered with ************* on 12/11/24 , I paid for expedited shipping and received nothing . It is now 12/20/24 .. I have contacted them and the shipping company .. ************* customer service number doesnt work. Ive called 5 times and each time the machine told me something different.. one time I was out on hold for a hour and 30 mins, when I tried to call back the next day it told me To call back during business hours 9-5pm eastern time I called 2:33 pm I am on and living in EASTERN TIME.. The ********************** they picked told me that ************* didnt tell them that my package was suppose to be expedited. The shady shipping company also went into the tracking log and lied after I contacted ************* for a refund trying to make it seem like the package was delivered but someone was not smart enough to correct the dates ************* also lied saying my packages would be delivered on 12/18/24 but once again NOTHING. Nobody is trying to give me my money back.. I never wanna order with this company again .. I ordered through them for my kids Christmas gifts and now the main gifts and lost and I lost my money along with it VERY VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

    I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding my recent order, #*********. According to the tracking details, it was marked as "Delivered, In/At Mailbox" at 1:49 PM on December 19, 2024. However, I have checked thoroughly, and the package is nowhere to be found.Firstly, my mailbox is not designed to accommodate large packages, so Im baffled as to why it would supposedly be delivered there. This raises serious questions about how the delivery was handled.Adding to my frustration, I specifically purchased this fragrance because your promotion highlighted express shipping, which I trusted to ensure the gift would arrive in time for Christmas. Now, with just days left, Im forced to go out of my way to find a replacement gift elsewhere. This is not only inconvenient but completely defeats the purpose of shopping with ****** make matters worse, Ive been trying to contact your customer service line for over 30 minutes, waiting on hold with no response. This level of service is utterly unacceptable, especially during the holiday season when prompt and reliable assistance is ********** this point, even a redelivery is futile since it wont arrive before Christmas. I expected better from your company, and this experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

    I placed an order on 12/12/2024 with Fragrancenet.com. 1oz Versace Bright Crystal 1oz ******* ******* Signature I was provided with a tracking number. Upon arrival, I opened the box and the perfume was not there. I received two samples and a few other pieces of literature. I've tried calling them several times during business hours, and cannot get through to anyone. I've emailed them and haven't received a response. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I'm upset that they'd send a package without the perfume. I'd like a refund because obviously with Christmas being 6 days away this is forcing me to go out and have to buy a brand new gift. There are several other people experiencing similar situations. The company have shut their phones off during business hours. Several people including myself were waiting to speak with someone holding for up to two hours, and still haven't had the issue resolved.

    I placed an order on 12/13/2025with the amount of $229.52 that shouldve been shipped within 1-3 days that has still yet to be shipped. I have called MULTIPLE times and have yet to be able to speak with anyone in regards to getting a refund!

    I ordered items from this website, 3weeks ago, I havent received my items yet. I have attempted to reach someone by phone and email, no one has contacted me. I was hoping to receive my items before. Christmas. I only want the merchandise I paid them for. Thank you for your assistance.

    I have proof of several emails sent, I confirm my address each time. The delivery address is the same as billing. I dont understand what the issue is. Ive been dealing with this for several weeks now, this is very poor customer service.

    My items were to be delivered within a week. The shipper will not give me a direct answer as to when I can expect to receive my items. I fear that I will not receive them before Christmas. ************* has an hour wait for customer service and its email link does NOT work. They obviously have gone with a very cheap shipper that no one has heard of. Therefore I expect ************* to make me whole by refunding the total amount. Since I cannot reach them, this seems inpossible. How do they merit an A+ rating from BBB is beyond me!

    i order two products from fragrance narkwt on decc3. the site said if made purchase by 12/8 that we will receive by ****. i checked tracking . last week it was still not in the country and spoke with dobeibe who guaranteed it will be here. i checked again mon,16th and no movement. i left several messages with no return call. finally i spoke with a lady claiming to be a supervisor and didnt care about my situation. her only suggestion. was to credit my account. no. they promised delivery. i ordered way before the deadline. now i have no presents to give. unacceptable. and you guys give them a A+ rating?? makes you guys look stupid. worst customer service ever.

    Transaction date 12/16/24 for the amount of $297.56 Express Shipping to be delivered on 12/19/24 They created a shipping label but as of today 12/19/24 the item hasn't been given to the mail carrier to ship. I have called their customer service 5 times and each time waited over an hour on hold and no answer. I have emailed to info / order email and no answer. At this point I don't trust this company and will like a full refund.

    I placed order from fragrancenet.com on 12/11/2024 and paid $696.77.on 12/12/2024 they email me said order shipped with *** and requested signature for deliverey. It marked delivered at 12/13/2024 5:47pm received by **** ***. But the problem is Im not at home that time how come it received by me? And also my family didnt get the package either. I contact their agent and they email me back said:due to numberous occurrences of package not being received, we are unable to issue a refund or a replacement for this order. This is an unacceptable reason because this is my first order. I request them to provide the detail about they mention numberous.then they email back with another reason is due to a matching signature being collected at the time of deliverey at the address provided .they unable to help. Its a so horrible customer service, i feel extremely insulted. Hope bbb could give a help to get my money back for the package i never received.
