    I ordered a Final Fantasy Hyperion Gunblade of ****** ****** from swordskingdom.com on 27 November 2023 for $150.81. My order #****** arrived on 29 November 2023 ********* ************ and was shoddily wrapped. An audible could noise be heard, as if something was loose in the package when I lifted it from my porch. Upon opening the package, I discovered the handle of the sword had been snapped off prior to or during shipping. I immediately reached out on the chat option on sword kingdom.com and was told to email the information with attached pictures to ************************************* which I initially did on 2 December 2023. no one has responded to that or any subsequent emails to which I have sent. I have also attempted sending the same to ******************************* with no response. I have spent a lot of time re-addressing the issue on the websites chat option to which they always refer me to ****** email. I request a refund on the purchase as I do not want to do business with this seemingly scam company. Please intervene and thank you for your time.

    We ordered product that we were charged for but then nothing was shipped and no communication has been sent. I have called, emailed and messaged on social media (all 10+ times) with no responses.

    On September 1, 2023 I purchased an item for $94.92 and $51.88 shipping for a total of $146.80. My order number was ******. On September 16 I received the tracking information. On October 14 I reached out to the company asking for an update on my product as I havent received it yet. On October 27 I received a response stating that the order was missed by the dispatch department and the company asked for $30 more dollars to get the product sent to me. I told them I was not paying any more and asked for a refund in full. I was told I would receive my refund by the end of the day on October 27. I have emailed on November 7 and again in November 16 asking where my refund is. I have not received any responses.

    I ordered a product from Sword kingdom on December 22 2022. I paid $167 and have record of the charge. I received an order confirmation. Nothing after. No tracking or any other communication about my order. I have sent messages and emails and attempted to call, but no response and phone is always busy.

    I purchased a sword in October and still have not received it. The business will not respond to any of my attempts at communication via email and their phone number goes to a busy line whenever you call. Order #******
