    recently purchased the Legolas daggers from Swordskingdom, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my purchase! As a huge Lord of the Rings fan, these daggers were the perfect addition to my collection. The craftsmanship is simply outstanding. The blades are sharp and sturdy, with a beautiful finish that mirrors the Elven elegance seen in the films. The attention to detail is fantasticfrom the intricate designs on the handles to the perfectly balanced weight, these daggers feel just right in hand.What impressed me the most was the authenticity. Its as if they were taken right from Legolas himself! They arrived well-packaged and in pristine condition. Swordskingdom also delivered quickly, and their customer service was top-notch throughout the entire process.These daggers are not only a must-have for any Tolkien fan but also make a fantastic display piece. Whether youre looking to complete your fantasy weapon collection or want a stunning set of daggers that truly stand out, I highly recommend these. I will definitely be coming back for more purchases!

    Ordered a replica item for a film, and it seems it was completely forgotten about. When we asked about 30 days later, was promised item would be shipped within 48 hours. Again, we were dropped and forgotten about. Pretty pathetic

    I recently purchased a sword from Swordskingdom as a gift, and prior to shipping I had asked them via live chat if the scabbard/sheath was the same as the one used in the ** show Ertugrul. They simply responded "yes". Unfortunately, after receiving the item I immediately noticed the scabbard was not the one from the show.When I contacted Swordskingdom asking about a return/refund, they claimed the scabbard was not pictured and therefore not eligible for return. I explained that I had specifically asked if it matched the show's version, and they had confirmed it did. The agent asked me for proof of this claim. Since I did not save the chat transcript or take a screenshot, I could not provide evidence.I asked the agent to check their chat history to verify my claim, but soon after the chat disappeared and I lost the ability to message them. Clearly they were unwilling to take responsibility for the incorrect information their representative had provided.As this was intended as a gift, I went ahead and ordered the correct version from another seller. But I want to caution other customers - when chatting with Swordskingdom, be extremely detailed in your questions and remember to save transcripts and screenshots. Their willingness to provide inaccurate information and then refuse returns when the product doesn't match their claims is very concerning. I'm sharing my experience so others don't find themselves in the same frustrating situation.

    If I could give this company, zero stars, I would!. Ordered a sword on a Saturday afternoon and realized I did not click the button to have it sharpened, I am mediately sent an email and tried to call the customer service number, which does not work! It always says user busy. The sword arrived, and it was the right item but of course it was not sharpened as I requested and the handle is loose and pommel is crooked. The craftsmanship on the sword is not great. I have sent eight or nine emails and called the customer service number at least 50 times and can receive a response from no one, but they sure took my money immediately! They lack even the common courtesy to respond.

    Horrible customer service!I purchased a sword from them this summer and they sent the wrong item. That's fine, mistakes happen, I get that. I was purchasing as a prop for a play and there was still time to resolve and fix. I emailed using their contact information, called with no answer and finally connected on their chat. They admitted the wrong item was sent and then did nothing to rectify in a timely fashion. I then asked for a refund which has never happened. Subsequent emails and calls have all been ignored. This was such an unnecessary situation for me and so I'm writing this review to at the very least get an apology from them.
