      The system stop getting cold , then start to leak water from ceiling, end up ruining my new ceiling and walls that were done in my new ************* accurate and spoke to owner **** that said he would fix it. They never showed up call a couple more times and still no show. Call ********** , they came out and found a leak In the system and that the catch pan was way to small , they fix leak in system and change the emergency drain pan and recharge system back up. Then I call pinnacle painting to come and fix ceiling and wall , They had to cut out the ceiling and wall sheet rock that was bad from beening water soaked. They replaced with new pices of sheet rock and paint.

      Details Accurate heating is not honoring the one-year parts and labor warranty. Need control board that is and should be covered under my one year warranty and they have been ghosted / not returning calls and still have no heat Accurate Heating installed a new Gas Furnace on November 21, 2022, which per my invoices/ receipt, I have 1-year parts and labor warranty. On November 1, 2023, my heat will not go on, so I contacted Accurate Heating, and they came to my house and determined that it was the control board, but the cost will be $1700. I reminded them about the warranty and stated yes, we will take care of it .However, we are at the November 11 10 days later and no calls or texts as I have been trying to call and no return calls it getting cold and need help please

      12/12/22 Accurate A/C and Heating Systems *****************-******** responded when i called about no heat in my home. The company sticker was on ***********. They came late that night and claimed to replace a switch for the heat. The heat stopped working the next day so I called and they came back and said I needed a new furnace for $5,000 and that i might have a gas leak so they turned off the system and left me with no heat. I had paid them $600 in cash the first day. When I called them again they said they would replace the furnace for $3,200. At this point I got another company recommened by my family who came immediately and determined that the switch Accurate claimed to have replace was never changed and he replaced the switch and turned the system back with no leaks found.
