    Tremendous product! 35+year ********** habit beat for over a year now. I have been reading the reviews and felt compelled to leave my opinion here. Any time I have contacted them about shipping, I always get a pleasant response no more than a day from posting it. The shipping can be a little slow for standard delivery, but I have always received product that I have ordered. My advice is to be proactive with ordering, meaning timing of order and amount of product ordered. Any shipping issues with **** is not the fault of Outlaw, but the postal service. No different than any other mail! Awesome product, and great customer service in my experience!!!

    The website does not make it clear that their products do NOT contain nicotine anymore. They once contained nicotine and I ordered again expecting the same product, and now I have some mixture of coffee grinds, sawdust, and ***** flavoring to put in my mouth.

    Hi ******. Sorry you are dissatisfied. It is is literally plastered all over our site that we are nicotine free and we have been for nearly a year already! But what's funny is that you made a reference to the texture in your mouth which nicotine would have no bearing. We have been tobacco free for nearly 4 years and the same methods are being used. So the review does not make total sense but I do appreciate the feedback and we are sorry to lose you as a customer. I am also taking into consideration your last order was 8 months ago and there has been no communication from you since. -*******

    I was really upset to hear you would no longer be able to sell nicotine products once the stock has run out. Ill really miss you guys. Great alternative to people looking to get away from tobacco. The only reason I'm Dipping out, is for nicotine.

    As someone who is trying to get away from tobacco this is a great replacement and I received my order in the time expected. Kinda has the same texture as ***** and I'm more of a grizzly fan. That's okay though, I'm really trying to stay away from tobacco.

    My personal experience with Outlaw Dip has be a pleasant one. I have received my orders quickly and accurately. As for the product itself, in my opinion it is exceptional. Great flavor, long lasting and gives a smooth delivery to satisfy the nicotine craving. On the customer service side, I received immediate correspondance when submitting an inquiry to the company.
