    This business is terrible . The bus never comes to pick up my brother and when I call to complain they switch it on me and say it does when I sit and watch it not come. Absolutely ridiculous terrible company they are liars and very very rude. I have to keep getting him ***** to school when I shouldn’t have too.

    The complaint comes from the sister of a student using WNY Bus Co. for transportation to and from school. We reached out to the student's mother regarding potential service issues. WNY Bus Co. is responsible for transporting the student, and according to the parent's feedback, there are no concerns. Attached, you will find proof of  GPS locations and timestamp records for the trips between 05/20/2024 and 06/05/2024.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. there is no way that they contacted the parent of my brother because she is DECEASED as of December so that is a STRAIGHT UP LIE and the fact that they would EVEN TELL SUCH A LIE SHOWS HOW THEY LIE. I have receipts SHOWING I had to uber/lyft my brother to school because THE BUS “SHOWS UP” FOR 5secs and then PULLS off. They don’t even give him time to come outside. I do not care what they say. They are VERY unprofessional RUDE and they are TERRIBLE at business. I am DISSATIFIED. Regards, *** ******

    My son has been receiving bus services since he was 5 (now 8). The bus company refuses to pick him up or drop him off at our home, citing company policy. Our next door neighbor has been receiving door to door pick up and drop off throughout this entire time and the bus company still says they dont provide that service, despite video evidence showing THEIR bus, bus number and THEIR name plastered on the bus. My very young son has been dropped off blocks away from his scheduled spot AND the bus turns DOWN OUR STREET, PASSING OUR HOUSE after pick up and drop off. He is the first pick up in the morning when it is dark, has had to stand out in pouring rain and freezing conditions and the bus company has been rude and unprofessional, calling me a liar about their services. In the winter there isnt a safe place for him to be picked up or dropped off due to snow not being managed by the apartment manager where the stop is located.

    Hi *******, I have looked into the below complaint from a parent of a student we transport.   The student is transported to an out of district private catholic school.  Per the district we are contracted by and that this family resides in (Lackawanna), all private and charter school pick ups are corner stops and not house stops.  The neighbor he references may live in the district, as grades pre-k through 5th grade do get house stops.  Our records show Mr. Sutton has not previously contacted us to get clarification but he is welcome to.  He can also contact Lackawanna district's transportation coordinator R**** ***** at their administrative office to confirm this information.   We are following Lackawanna School District's transportation contract policy.
