    Terrible company to work with! They do not take accountability for the actions of their drivers or office staff. Very unprofessional as to how they choose to communicate with the consumer. I have contacted this company regarding matters to have it brushed under the rug. There is no communication with them. I will be going to the district moving forward. Tired of this trash company.

    WNY Bus co. owns nearly 300 school buses and we employee 500 people in WNY area. WNY Bus co., provide transportation services thousands of students.
    In order for us to process the complaint we need more information from you.
    Your name, student's name, school district, grade, bus number and what is the communication problem? We need more details of your complaint.
    As you mentioned, reaching out to the district office or a higher authority could be the next step. Provide them with all the details of your complaint.
    We did not receive a complaint from a school district.

    I reached out Nov 22, 2024 to you Mr.I*** and sent a very extensive email regarding all my concerns. We are now into Jan of 2025 and no response. In this case as I have tried to communicate with the owner and no response then the district will have to help us out on this one. This is very distasteful and explains why things are handled as such in the office.

    WNY BUS CO. has been amazing. My child's driver is simply amazing. My kid loves their driver and raves about his experiences with them. Whenever I did have a concern in the earlier part of the School year, I called the HQ & The dispatch team was very helpful. I even got a follow up call from the manager at the Depew Terminal. Thank you for you attention to detail and the level of care you show for all of the children you service.
