    Had my tournament team here for off season workouts. Facilities need to be updated and so does the staff’s customer service skills. I had one incident with my team being too loud and a coach giving a lesson complained, probably because the player couldn’t here the Bluetooth speaker in the cage. One incident and when I simply asked the staff member to talk to me instead of the players so I could take care of it he threatened to kick us out for the remainder of our contract. Stated we were problems from day one. They are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Will never take a team there again.

    Customer (a team head coach) was warned numerous times to control his teams' disruptive actions and language being used by his players (high school age) in the presence of other customers and young children. Security cameras documented all the incidents. The final warning (after numerous weeks of no change) was that his team would be removed from the premises the next time it occurred. The customer finally made the appropriate corrections then waited until after his practice time had expired a month later to file a review.
