      Went to location in Lockport, NY. Ordered 2 super mighty packs with no lettuce or tomato add sour cream. Received 2 super mighty packs with lettuce and tomato. Called when we got home but no answer. Contacted mighty taco requesting a refund as we did not eat the food. I received a response to upload a copy of my receipt. I did that and got a response back that they watched the video and saw my order made wrong and would send me out coupons to cover it just send my mailing address and phone number. I did this and the next day received a link for $20 coupon. I was charged just under $42 so I responded that a $20 coupon is not acceptable I want a full refund I don’t feel it’s fair I’m out $22 over there mistake I want a full refund.

      BBB spoke to the owner of the business and the following was relayed: There is a glitch in our current customer complaint system.  Each store is only authorized to give out $20 max in Mighty Bucks for situations like this.  However, the store should have then notified us at corporate of the situation so that we could've authorized the remaining $22 of Mighty Bucks.  Unfortunately, they did not.  We apologize. I'm personally mailing out $22 more Mighty Bucks today to this customer.  They should receive it within 3-5 business days via the ****** ****** ****** *******.  Thank you and apologies again.

      On August 1, 2023 I visited the Mighty Taco in Cheektowaga. We ordered $25 worth of food including a meatless burrito, we received a meatless mighty instead. We immediately notified the cashier who was VERY nice. He told us he was going to have them make us the item we ordered and to keep the incorrect item we received even though we did not want it. About 5 minutes later a lady named Sherry, who stated she was the manager, came up to the counter and with a VERY nasty attitude told us if we wanted the item we ordered we would have to pay again and that the cashier had no authority to correct our order. Then infront of us, many other customers, and employees she started yelling at the kid.

      I would like Mighty Taco to be aware of the inappropriate actions the manager, Sherry, has done. Verbal abuse to employees should not be tolerated under ANY cercumstances! Although I will never return to that location, I would like my meatless burrito.

EMPLOYEE AMANDA SHE JUST TOOK OR HANDED ME THE ORDER AND TOOK MY PAYMENT I GUESS SHES NOT THE ISSUE. ORDER ITEMS 4. CHICKEN CHEESE TACOS @1.99 7.96 MEDIUM SAUCE 0.0 CHEDDAR JACK 1.20 . THEY GAVE ME THE FOOD I GO HOME TRY TO EAT ITS DRY NO SAUCE ALSO NO CHEESE. THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ADD ON OF A DIFFERENT CHEESE AND REMOVED THE OTHER CHEESE AND DIDNT PUT ANY CHEESE I DIDNT ASK FOR REMOVAL JUST A ADD ON ALSO THE SAUCE ITS BASICALLY LIKE A FRAUD. CHARGING FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED. I CALLED LIKE 5 TIMES NO ANSWER TRIED AGAIN SOMEONE ANDWERED I EXPLAINED THEN ADDED WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS ARE DISGUSTING HE SAID HE WILL HANG UP I EXPLAINED WHAT SHOULD I SAY FRAUDULENT? HE MUSTVE HUNG UP. THIS STUFF HAPPENS A LOT I HAVE A DIFFERENT MIGHTY TACO WITH SIMILAR OSSUE BUT JUST NO SAUCE SO I DODNT COMPLAIN AND IT WAS JUST ON AN EL NINO FROM NORTH TONAWANDA ON ******* ***** BOULEVARD. REGARDLESS OF THAT ONE THIS ONE SINCE A RECENT ISSUE HAPPENED IM REPORTING IT SONCE A MANAGER DIDNT FIX IT. OF THEY CHARGE FOR EXTRAS AND DONT PUT THEM ON AND DO THAT TO LETS SAY "750 CUSTOMERS TODAY AND 200 OF THEM HAD ADD ONS JUST AT THIS ONE LOCATION. SO 550 ARE GREAT, 200 PAID FOR EXTRAS AROUND 1.80 EACH. That's $360 dollars of charges of extras that the customers did not received. Tha covers almost an employees pay check for the week in one day at one location add that to the others and maybe more it's d*** near embezzlement or fraud and it's a lot more than that total amount daily I'm sure from negligence or is it! I worked in restaurant it's not ok to charge for something then not put it on it would have made sense if they told me they are out of the normal cheese and also they are out of the sauce and they can't add on and not charged me for the extra lousy cheese I'm making the complaint because so many this happens to all over the place nothing done!
